You’d think for a small business this place would pride themselves on good customer service, however that’s just not the case. The old man who is always there, I assume he’s the owner, has zero customer service skills. He is always extremely unfriendly and very grumpy which to me does not warrant repeat business. Throw a smile on and show a little respect for the customers who keep your business afloat. There are plenty of other antique stores in the area with friendly employees I will gladly take my business to.

Sellwood has a lot of antiques or thrifting to offer, but this one is a hidden gem. You get the variety of several different vendors selling in one space, without being as overwhelming as many of the antique shops of this nature in the neighborhood & the rest of Portland. Items turn over often— I come in frequently, as I live in the neighborhood, and it’s truly never the same store on any visit. I never leave empty-handed & have never had the person working not be friendly. A few folks in particular who staff the shop are super sweet! Also prices are very reasonable. Something here for every shopper :)

Quite leisurely. Great clothing from Marcee J Melton (camphollyhockpdx on Instagram). Complete outfits as well as a a suitable mix and match section. Quite leisurely, indeed.

Traveled from Centralia, Wa today down to Portland to visit Unique Antiques. Wife bought lots of nice Antiques at great prices! Staff was very nice and gave us an additional discount without asking for it! We travel all over Washington and Oregon visiting different Antique stores. Unique Antiques rates as one of the best we have visited, and we shall return! Thanks!

I had been in a couple times and both times there was an older man working at the desk. He was rude, but the selection was good so I didnt mind too much. This time when I went in, there was a sign behind the desk that said Sexual harassment will not be reported, but it will be graded. I asked him if it was encouraging harassment in the store and suggested that they take it down, as it reflects poorly on their business. He told me Doesnt bother me, I dont care... So anyway, I wont be giving any more business to a bunch of criminal sympathizers.

I really liked this place for gift shopping as there are a variety of goods at reasonable prices and the selection of costume jewelry and brooches is good.Sadly, on my most recent trip, I noticed that some items had partially removed Goodwill price tags on the bottom. However, most disappointing was what I found upon returning home -- price tags had been strategically placed to hide blemishes on items. While you expect that antique items are likely to have imperfections, you should not have to expect that a seller would be using price tags to mask blemishes or damage. Its dishonest and misleading to customers.Buyers beware - check items FULLY before buying, including peeling back sticker price tags to check the condition(s) underneath the tag(s). Its better to know what you are getting into before arriving home.

If youre a dealer in the Gold & Silver business, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this store, this business and the owner of this business.. I was a long term dealer thru the owner up until about 1.5 months ago, after I bought some silver from him, I posted some pictures online for sale and a lady wanted to meet to look over the items.. Come to find out, the silver & Gold jewelry that i had just bought from him, was reported stolen 2 days earlier.. So with that being said, he isnt following the Oregon State laws on buying silver & Gold or is he checking into the person who has brought him the items... Needless to say, the lady was given her jewelry back with the help of the PPD & my money that was paid out for the items thru the owner Pat and he refused to return my money because it was my fault from buying from him, his exact words. So, my recommendation is, if you like stolen items, than continue to shop there..Once a thief, always a thief !!!!!!!
