I am a mail order customer so have to rely on photos and item descriptions. Ive purchased at least a dozen items and have never once been disappointed. If for some reason you need to email them expect a quick and kind response. Items sell quickly so if you love it, buy it!

Killer store, Ive been shopping with them for years. Sometimes their prices are high, but they routinely find the craziest gems and assemble them all in one place, ready to be swooped up by a discerning collector. Definitely read descriptions and study photos- they are shipping pieces and dont accept returns. Ive bought mirrors, artwork, large sculptures, jewelry, housewares and clothes from them over the last 5 years and LOVE them dearly. Ive had it all shipped- theyre so kind, accommodating and easy going which has brought me back a few times more than my wallet would like!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Poor quality of so called vintage items. Poorly shipped. Waited over 4 months for a refund and had to fight for it. Would never recommend buying from them.

I have purchased many items from Maven through the mail and they are always packaged well. I purchased a very fragile piece and was a little worried about this one but she packed it SO WELL with much thought into protecting it, and it arrived safely! She deserves a shout out!

I was disappointed in the quality of product I received. Spent $28 for a essentially piece of paper (a vintage print) glued to cardboard, taped into a cheaply painted frame. With online shopping only and no returns I guess you take your chances, I guess.
