Fantastic experience. We requested an air compressor service. The technician showed up promptly and helped us diagnose a power fault preventing the auto-drain from properly functioning. After we had the electricity restored to the area a few days later, they were able to come out and install the new auto-drain without delay. Highly recommend. Good communication.

Great place to do business. I bought my Champion VRV7-8 from Pacific in 2016. Compressor has worked flawlessly. Just moved shop in October 2021. I had some technical questions about getting the unit set back up. Bart talked me through it, everything works great again. These are industrial strength compressor people! I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Our company has purchased two compressors from Pacific Air Compressors. Fair price and great service. We are also very happy with their service work and scheduled maintenance. Recommend them highly.

This company is the absolute worst to work with. Not only are they severely over priced, they are dishonest and will charge you for time and services not provided and refuse to give proper backup documentation to support what they are charging. They go against their own website and charge more than what is advertised and when questioned about it lie and say that the rate online must have been the sale price (google cache debunked that claim) they are incredibly combative when they are questioned and will resort to thug tactics and harassment to collect their money. On top of that, the air compressor we hired them to work on broke down and had to be replaced with another $8k+ unit just weeks after they did service on it. I could not possibly recommend this company less. If you need parts or service on your air compressor and don’t want to be robbed, look elsewhere. These people are predators and take advantage of those in need.

Hi everyone. I was having a problem with my honda rol-air gas air compressor. So I took it to Pacific air compressors and one of their mechanics came out to my truck and checked out my compressor really fast.He diagnosed it really fast. Their prices are very fair. And theyre very nice and professional. I would recommend these people to my family and friends. Theyre also located not far from I-84 in Oregon. Theyre in a very convenient location.

As a farm owner who relies on his air compressors for everything from airing up tires to blowing out feed, this is our “go to” place for parts. We are located in Tennessee and have not had any luck in finding a parts dealer locally who beats PACs knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. We usually just snap a picture of what we need and they do the rest. Shipping to door, fair rates (although if you look on their sites on EBay, you can usually get it for a little less). Always a pleasure dealing with Bart and the sales staff. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Service was very good until it came to the point of shipping. The original shipping quote of $4 for an envelope of gaskets jumped to $45 because it was going to Canada ... Shortly after posting this comment Pacific Air contacted me and offered to refund the shipping cost ... thanks guys!

The people you talk to are super friendly and very knowledgeable. And their prices are great. As a retired residential contractor with commercial management experience, I contacted Pacific Air Compressors after not getting the advice I expected from my previous vendor.Manager Mike was both very knowledgeable about my Emglo AM77, and sent me a schematic confirming the direct drive motor it has. Turns out to be a very well built Italian Fini system.Although I thought it may have a seized bearing, it in fact just needed a tune-up which was very reasonable. They dont even charge a diagnostic fee which alerted me to there reasonable prices and very responsive staff. Although a very small job, I felt like valued customer.I cant recommend them with other than five stars. Keep up the good work.Im a Happy Woodworker!!!

I needed parts for my Kellogg 331 compressor.No one locally even knew what a Kellogg 331 was.I found Pacific Air Compressor through a Google search. Bart and Lexi are very helpful and didnt hesitate to answer all of my questions. Fast service and reasonable prices and had everything that I needed. Highly recommended if you need compressor parts.

I went to Pacific Air Compressors to buy a new compressor for my auto body business. I purchased the champion 7.5 hp compressor with a 15 hp pump. This compressor is amazing! Its so much quieter then my old one. It runs less time. From when it turns on at 140 to when it turns off at 175 to fill my 200 gallon tank it only takes about 2 and half minutes! I love it!

My old Campbell Hausfeld compressor quit working. I looked around for who could help me and Pacific Air Compressors seemed like the best choice that was the closest. When I called I got in contact with Cary and he emailed me a breakdown of my compressor and was able to help me find exactly what I needed. When I got down there the parts were ready for me to pick up and the prices were perfect. Before leaving Cary gave me instructions on exactly how to fix my compressor and told me to call him if I needed any help. Carys instructions were perfect and I got my compressor working again that day. This place has old fashion service. I recommend Pacific Air Compressors to anyone with compressor needs.

Walked in there with the motor off an old compressor. Didnt know the brand of compressor but they had the replacement in stock that day and it was a better price then a couple other stores in town. Mike is the IR expert and got my stuff up and going in one trip. The had the pulley I needed as well. Go here before anywhere else!

Pacific air compressors is over priced and rude. they dont know how to keep their book and when money goes missing they harass their customers. when you are in a pinch and need something they take advantage of it by marking up their products.I paid $150 for a filter on 4/7 AND that same day $173.90 shipping, it should have been only $60 Ive had stuff sent fed ex red from over seas and it only cost $100. they harassed me and called me for months, for the transaction history they didnt keep track of. They went to my business page accusing me and slandering my business, not even reviewing my service. well heres my HONEST service review of their company.

WAAAYYYYY OVER PRICED!!! They charged me 1 1/2 hours to come out for three minutes. Then I get another charge for 90 cents a mile to come here. What the hell??? Its no wonder the little guys cannot make any money with large companies like this raping us!! STAY AWAY FROM PACIFIC AIR COMPRESSORS!!!

Call this company they did some rewiring and some piping they only give a 90 day warranty they did the piping alright but it started leaking air and the wiring to the release pressure valve switch was not wired professionally for what I got charged $4xx.xx I dont like giving bad reviews

Parts took almost a month to arrive, they did not reply to messages sent to their website, and the crankshaft oil seal in the pump overhaul kit was the wrong part for the kit.
