They just had my car in for 75,000 mi. Maintenance, they provided me with a loaner. It was done sooner and cost less than I was told as they applied all relevant coupons and gave me a Veterans Discount. Only lacking the fifth star because no one explained the operational differences since my car was six years older though the same make and model and I was unable to connect my cell phone to the hands free system.

What happened to this place? This was my go to spot for oil changes on the Acura. Usually always have a good experience here, but not today.TLDR: Appointments are for talking with a service manager, not getting your car serviced. Appointments may not be honored. Call before you head in to see availability. Also, my oil change charge has increased from $65 to $110.Made an appt last week for an oil change today. I show up 5 minutes early and they inform me they have no appt scheduled for me. Theyll take care of me anyway. Ok great. No problem. I sit in the waiting room for about 30 minutes until they have someone come out and tell me its gonna be a few hours to get my oil changed. Apparently a lot of employees called out today, including my original service manager. When I asked about the appt, I was informed that appts are only to talk to service managers and not to get actual work done. I thought I was making an appt to get my oil changed, not to talk to service manager. I dont see the purpose of making an appointment if there is no availability when I I arrive at the appointment. Its like on Seinfeld with the car reservations. It would have been nice to get an email or heads up from them informing me about the cancelled appointment. Waste of an hour today.
My family and I contacted Johnny over the phone regarding the only 2022 MDX they had on the lot. From my first call to my final signature the entire staff were amazing! They were up front, not pushy and held the car so we could drive up from Southern Oregon.Johnny was amazing! I bought my first Acura TSX in 2010 and they made my experience amazing back then. 11 years later when I was ready to buy again I called and started talking to Sandy who was super helpful! She wasn’t available when I was ready to come and take a look, so she put me in touch with Ernie who went above and beyond!! He was so so patient with me!! It took me a few tries to find the exact right thing, but he hung in and allowed me to process my thoughts without pressure!! He was simply wonderful!! Me and my husband came into the Acura dealership Saturday April 17th we had an apt scheduled for a test drive with another sales person. She didn’t show but we were so happy. Johnny stepped up and took care of us, we test drove a Dodge Durango that we had seen online. He answered all questions, wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us anything. Johnny was very personable and made sure we had all the information about this car. We came in pre approved but he ended up getting us a much better deal and a lower down payment in a matter of minutes! James my Service Rep went up and beyond to help us with a few lights on the dash issue ! My dash had lit up like a x mad tree . So he fixed one issue fixed a 2nd issue and kept the car overnight . He wanted to make sure in morning they would not come back on because it’s been an ongoing issue . He called me asked if he could drive car home to make sure lights on dash were not coming back on . Next day he asked if windshield had been replace I said yes 7 months ago well he found they had not installed it correctly and the seal was not all the way sealed allowing water into my dash and on my components ughHe just went the extra mile for us and we truly appreciate his hard work and the mechanics and techs in the back who did a great job !!!Thank you James and Acura !!!Shane and Laura Miller

I dont understand why it takes so long for a simple oil change when Ive had an appt. And, when I only need a simple oil change, they always try to overcharge me. Very frustrating and I NEVER had the long wait times or upcharges at Tonkin Acura; they pride themselves on customer service. (And add complimentary wash my car in under an hour).

They gave us a great price on our trade in, great buy on the new car and even great pricing on the accessories we wanted added to the new vehicle. He even drove to Salem to help us get a car home, pick up a car title and obtain signatures to finalize the transaction - which allowed my husband to keep working. Whenever I go here everyone is so warm and welcoming no matter the time or kind of day. They are there to help you, not help themselves. I went in the get my slow leaking tire fixed and they told me they wouldnt allow me to drive on it because of how low the tread was and they put the spare on for me, then helped me find options for new tires that were in my price range. Theyre focus is on your safety and what you need. Best dealership of all time.
I have the best experience, I trade my jeep, with out problems, best costumer service and went back home driving my new Acura, on my way back home I notice that Acura gas tank was full, and not many car dealers do that.
As I always experience at Acura of Portland, Robert delivered an outstanding experience. Everything was taken care of, and Robert kept great communication throughout the service. We didnt end up needing it, but Robert did offer us a loaner car since the service took a little longer than originally expected. Over the years, I have been to many different dealerships, and Acura of Portland has been the best I have been to. My wife is a dedicated Acura buyer, and her next vehicle will be an Acura. This is due to the excellent service we have always received. The only reason I will not be purchasing one for my next vehicle is I drive a truck, which Acura does not offer. Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Acura of Portland.

Yikes! What a terrible experience here. DONT buy here. They only care about your $ and dont make things right when they screw up. They sold my husband a derelict vehicle and have been giving him the run around and dont seem to care at all.
My service experience was great! I pulled up and got right in. They were able to replace my headlight quickly (with the part in stock) and had a nice waiting room with a TV, coffee, and light snacks. My car was ready in no time and came out clean and all fixed up. A big thanks to the friendly service team and efficient staff at Dick Hannah Acura!

This place has good people that they really care! I rolled my car in for having flat tire 20mins before closing, the manager was so nice of still saying okay for the service. She was the life saver! We were heading to Seaside and had all packed for 3 days and didnt want to cancel the trip. The tire was unpatchable but helped us putting spare tire. Love our MDX and this place and James :)
I have not purchased a car in many years but so far in 2019 have bought two. I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience purchasing a new/used car from Dick Hanna Acura went so far above and beyond my expectations and was so vastly superior to my recent purchasing experience at another local dealership I felt I needed to. After an exhausting day of looking at cars all day, my last stop was Dick Hannah Acura; the dealership itself is lovely, and I was greeted immediately. Lucas who assisted in my purchase had comprehensive knowledge about the dealership inventory. Lucas listened to what I was interested in and did not try to push me in another direction. The sale and financing process was handled professionally and with no pressure. After my other recent car purchase, I was especially appreciative of the transparency and ease of the process. When I saw the finance person, there were no surprises or gimmicks to hook me into buying worthless added products. Lucas stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure I was able to pick up the car later that evening. Two days after purchasing my car I noticed a small cosmetic issue. Although I didn’t think it would be worth my time, I called Lucas, and to my surprise, he immediately assured me that Dick Hanna would take care of it and they did! Hopefully, my car shopping days are over for a while, but Dick Hannah Acura will be my only stop in the future. If you are shopping for a quality used car, this is the place to go. A+ to the sales and service teams.

I love love love my car, Ive had it for 6 months now and it has more then exceeded my expectations. The very best part about this location is the low pressure sales people. And the willingness of management to go out of their way to accommodate customers requests. We were treated like high end buyers, with the utmost professional touch! Even though our purchase was not anywhere near the average sale price of a luxury car. Nothing stuffy about this place. High energy, welcoming vibe. The repair department has some of the gratest employees, and they frequently have coupons on their web site. We have purchased 3 cars from this location over the past 10 years, and always recommend this location to anyone looking to buy. They really do attempt to get the best financing deal for their customers. The only issue I have to mention is they do need a little more customer parking, however they currently are under remodel (and still open for business) so maybe thats going to come soon. We have visited many many car lots, Even big big ones on the main auto row strips, and they are all the same, pushy pushy sharks, makes you want to never approach a car lot again, but this place is a breath of fresh air, we actually enjoy ourselves here, instead of dreading what might be coming. So kudos to the management (Brad especially) for running such a great place!
If you ever need a reason to drive 100 miles to a certain car dealer, these guys are it. My local Acura dealer could not compete with the prices and selection of Dick Hannah. Staff is wonderful.
