I love the random items you can find here! Goji berries, dried mulberries, and other items like this. The cheese section is to die for! Fresh produce is lacking, but frozen veggies and fruit are numerous. Great place to shop.

I have been shopping at this location since they opened. The selection is decent. The prices are good. The customer service however, is lacking. During my most recent visit, my cashier did not greet me, or thank me, or even bag my groceries. If it had been busy, I wouldn’t have an issue, but there was no one in line behind me, and the store had maybe 5 shoppers in it. I understand that people have off days, I really do. I sincerely hope that’s all it was, and that poor customer service does not become the norm here.

Place was decent, they have a little bit of everything. Bread was a bit over priced, but not too bad

No lie the whole crew ran outside when they heard an ice cream truck, leaving me at the register with some lady piling her stuff on the belt mixing her stuff with mine. they all came back in with chaco tacos and nobody brought me one ;-;

The prices are great but recently noticed and started checking expiration dates. A lot of items on the shelves are close to expiring.

My intentions are to buy the one or two things that are on my list. That never happens. You think I would know by now to get a shopping cart because I always get more than my hands can hold. I guess Im a slow learner! I went in to get some Abuelita Mexican Chocolate Drink Mix (delicious!) and came out with an armful including tablets of stickers for adding to a planner. This is a fun place to shop because you never know what you will find & at a great price too!

Staff at Grocery Outlet are always nice and provide good customer service. Like the fact that the store carries such a variety of items and brands. Plus it is almost always clean!!

It is what it is.And the folks are nice enough for sure.Its all the weird food Ive never seen before by brand names even.Ex:Jimmy Dean has a breakfast food that is a hashbrown pocket with sausage gravy on the inside.I do not recommend this....lolWish I could remember some of the other crazy food they had, but I cant.I only went there because its near my bank.Im new in town so I dont know my way around just yet.

This store is working up to great things, Veto the manager is a great asset for any company, she has great customer service skills, she understands how to get the job done. Everyone looks busy, and helpful when someone needs to find what they are looking for.

Store is very clean and organized. As for the people who work there they are awesome. Any time that any of the workers are stocking the shelves they ask how you are doing and if you are finding every thing that you are looking for. If they arent sure about something they try to find out what they can for the customers. Keep up the good work and you guys are AWESOME!

I always look forward to going to Grocery Outlet. Its always a cool surprise never knowing what they are going to stock on their shelves next. The prices are mostly very reasonable, although a couple of items you might want can make up for the reason in reasonable. I love their frozen sausage patties for a quickie McMuffin in the wee hours of morning. Their wine is really cheap, we inexpensive.

No bathroom for public use but other than that its a nice store and the service is good. Friendly staff.

I love the store. Living in a poverty ridden community makes it one of few choices. We cannot afford NOT to shop there. Theres some great management and employees there However the crew of eye rolling poverty shaming women running it at night are enough to sour anyone. If one triggers the biases these women blatantly wear on their sleeves you can expect an unpleasant experience. As a disabled adult with a brain injury who survived a drunk driver slamming into my bicycle at 40 mph I am fully aware there are days I dont button my shirt straight or may have not realized I left the house in slippers. After I woke up from my year long coma I had to undergo a lot of skin grafts and still am working on it. So yes, the bandages covering my arms and legs even in the hot summertime are for real. Its tiresome to be met without a hello...instead cringing as the call for security sweeps on whatever aisle I am walking down as loudly as possible with this group of bullies eye roll each other as they make it a point to single people out for unknown crimes. Mostly its racial and economic profiling is the root because Ive made it a point to observe for the last 6 months. They are especially hard on those they perceive as mentally ill. Because this treatment starts the moment the unlucky party enters the store. Its juvenile group think played out in classic Mean Girl style. I know customer service is kind of like a Unicorn and my expectations are set low. So when someone DOES deliver even a tiny bit of customer service I swoon. I dont give a pass when the employees spends time following people who are obviously disabled, low income, mentally ill or darker than them and shaming them when no crime has happened...is a good reason to NOT spend my money there. Shame on those girls.

Grocery outlet has some wonderful deals. It has nice staff and is always well stocked. I found that if I see something thats a good deal, I should buy it then. The next time I go back it may not be there. There inventory is always changing, but thats a good thing.

Hello, one of them extremely beautiful things about visiting and shopping at grocery outlet, is that the stores are always clean, the staff is always very knowledgeable which is always good for a business. I do like, that each store has different items! Theres only been a couple of times that I was disappointed.it was only because I had purchased something from a local store, and then went to another store, but they were not stalking the item. Now again that is the beauty of this chain is that you never quite know what youre going to find!! So even though you might be disappointed on one item, there are so many other options available that you can only be pleased that you chose to shop at this chain of stores.

Good place to shop for specials. Watch their ads and save big bucks. Went today - my bill was 45% less than it would have been at another store. Friendly, helpful people. One caveat - dont expect to find the same items each time you visit. They are called an outlet for a reason.

Not enough cashiers. Just because we bring our own bags doesnt mean we are under the understanding that we bag our own groceries. This holds up the line because the person has to bag their own stuff . And be prepared to pay. You need a bag person to do that and things would be much faster . You dont have to bag your own stuff if you buy the bags there.

Manager was so rude and does not care what the customer has to say misleading prices whoever is doing stock needs to get retrained or fired they advertise one price and charge 10 x more I got 99 cent mints and their like $15 at the register for MINTS this store is just rediculus

The store employees have always been helpful and cheerful. I often find myself joking with employees while in line. They are quick to call additional cashiers when lines back up.

I have yet to come across a cashier who actually bags my things. I work at a much higher volume store where it gets 4X busier and we HAVE TO AND ARE REQUIRED to bag peoples things even if they bring their own bags in. How come this is not pushed at this store ?? the costumer service here would be much better if the cashiers did their jobs.

The Cashiers are rude. All they did was gossip about other employees. Refused to bag my items in bags i bought. Then the employees followed me around like i was stealing. Which was rude because i go in the store almost everyday considering its a neighbor hood store. I refuse to ever shop there again.
