I discovered this place about two months ago and not a week has gone by that I haven’t fed my family here. Always delicious. Always friendly. Alway on point.

We like to go here to try new foods and snacks. They have a good variety to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. Theres also a nice little restaurant inside with some tasty Ramen. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

New to Kalamazoo and I heard the ramen was fantastic. I was recommended the duck ramen special by Eva the cashier and what a recommendation, I was definitely impressed and will return to get more ramen and do some shopping!

This is a gem in Kalamazoo. Its so good to find fresh veggies but also lots of Asian packaged foods. A whole row of ramen!? Yes please!

This was my first time and I will be back. I went searching for green tea ice cream and I picked up some Philadelphia rolls (so delicious) and some salted seaweed along with some saki. I forgot about the ice cream but I am pleased with my purchases. I love the fact that I wandered into Pacific Rim Foods on a whim. I will be back.

Its a nice big market with a lot of goodies and the deli has some pretty good food too. Well worth the trip from Elkhart.

The grocery store has a great selection of asian cuisine and they have a ramen restaurant inside! The ramen is delicious and I definitely recommend grabbing some before or after you shop.

Best asiain market around kalamazoo area! Great sushi grade fish, sushi, and im obsessed with their ramen! Great choices of fruit and asain produce in general! They have frozen sushi grade fish and many other choices! Sometiems I come in here just to try new things to shop for. If you are 21 I would suggest trying some of their alchohol!

Great selection of items you will not be able to find in other stores in this area. The selection of snacks and huge variety of Ramen and other instant noodles is unmatched by any other stores I have been to in the kalamazoo area.

The store itself is chock full of eye grabbing international foods and goods! So much variety. The Cravings Deli is where it really shines brightest. Freshly made asian cuisine at unbelievable prices are the essence of this spot! Everything tasted fantastic from the sauce of the stir fry noodles, to the filling of the potstickers. This place is definitely worth a trip if youre in the area!! Our total bill came to $38 for all the food plus 2 mexican cokes. :)

Many asian products to choose from- delicacies, tea, alcoholic beverages, ingredients, meat products, vegetables and fruits, pans and bowls, etc. I was able to buy soju and a lot of filipino snacks i was craving for. now if there are some Filipino alcoholic beverages it would really be perfect!

Whenever Im trying to cook a different Asian recipe, Pacific Rim has the best ingredients and the deli is an added bonus!

Very helpful staff, big selection of authentic products (the homemade kimchi is delicious), and the cafe/restaurant they have in there makes top-rate food and drinks.I had my first Vietnamese coffee here and it was amazing. THEN we found everything needed to make Vietnamese coffee in the store and the staff gave us instructions on how to make it. Awesome experience!

You can shop Asian goodies and you can eat really delicious food! One of my favorite spots in Kalamazoo, definitely a go to.

Staff is very nice, store is clean and the deli cravings is great.Only complaint is about the bubble teas. There isn’t really any quality control. I never really know what to expect. Sometimes it would be superb and other times very sub par. Today I got the matcha green tea with red beans. The red beans were so tough! I think it was undercooked? It was also not as sweet as last time. In addition, a lot of the times they so much ice in the teas. So much that when I finish the tea, the ice probably takes up like 70-80% of the cup.

Excellent grocery store. Great service with attentive staff. Their restaurant is one of the best. They had a great variety of imported items from multiple cultures.

Love this place! Any Asian spice or produce you could need. Wide selection of ramen and teas as well. On Friday evening you will find fresh Chinese baked goods and exotic cooked meats too. They make their own Kim Chi and other salads for low prices. Best Asian market south of Grand rapids.

Have you been here? If you havent you definitely should! Food is always delicious, the staff is always friendly and has awesome suggestions if you need a nudge in the right direction! They always have fun vegetarian options and you can adjust your level of spiciness in a lot of their dishes (I need this I am a spice wimp). My absolute favorite thing is their summer special poke bowls because it is absolutely some of the freshest and best fish you can find around! For real, if youre looking for a a nice meal with great flavor that tastes like your mother made it for you this is THE place.

This is one of my favorite place to go. We travel almost an hour just to go here lots of cool stuff . Not stuff your gonna find at Walmart

Been going here since before they relocated. Fantastic selection of groceries and imported foods. The Cravings Deli, which is the restaurant inside the store, has some of the best authentic food you can find in Kalamazoo. Highly recommend their ramen.

Their new location is amazing! The interior is clean and organized. The in store restaurant has a small menu. However, the menu items are ones that you cannot get anywhere else in Kalamazoo. We had their tonkatsu ramen (extremely yummy. Not 100% authentic but best Ive had in Kalamazoo/Portage) and pot stickers (the BEST part is that is pan fried, not fried).The grocery items available are also amazing. They have items that are popular in South East Asia and you cannot find in Michigan.

10/10 will recommend every day every time. Fresh and frozen foods! Everything you could ask for. If they dont have it they will order for you no extra charge! The Cafe has teas that are dairy free and kid safe too. The food is incredible 😍 vegaN tuna and gf noodles bowls, wraps, filled pancakes, potstickers. I leave here stuffed and so happy every single week!!!! This is my go to grocery store!

Very much a family run establishment. Owners are very knowledgeable, and friendly. If you want authentic items that are sometimes hard to get this is the place to go.I guess the thing that impressed me most is the fact that the items that they endorse or suggest are also the items that they use in their kitchen at the restaurant.

The secret to world peace, serve excellent food at Cravings, and sell the ingredients at the market. Highly recommend the galbi or the lemon grass pork chops.

This place is great! So many great things that you cant get anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly and the selection was clearly labeled despite multiple languages used! I was able to easily find some of my favorite specialty foods at decent prices. There was even a good variety of selection in specialty goods.The take out food looked and smelled delicious, but I am a fan of seafood and didnt see a hot seafood dish including my favorites, squid, octopus, and eel. There were plenty of sashimi and sushi options for these though and I was satisfied.

This is the place to shop if you like ASIAN foods. Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, spices and seafoods.

I love coming to this place and been coming here for a while. They always have everything I want at reasonable price but on July 5 I went in and got 2 cans of coconut drink and they both were expired! Guess I should’ve check first but I figured they would have already checked before they put it on the shelf.

I have been going here for a long time. It is the best place to get hard to find ingredients for Asian food. I love that they are now closer to my house and have a deli serving up some of the best ramen and other food in the area.

If your looking for a great eastern grocery this is it. The variety is overwhelming. Everything from Chinese wine to whole duck, candy, even whole Duran fruit.

Great selection of Asian foods. Sushi grade tuna and salmon, veggies, spices, noodles, sauces, whatever. They have premade stuff and all the ingredients to make your own. If you have time, you MUST order something from the cafe located inside. Absolutely delicious!!!

They have a large selection of items with reasonable prices. I was surprised to find they carried Hana Fuji Apple Sake that I could only find online. The food smelled amazing, so I tried the vegan poke bowl and miso soup. The soup was the best Ive ever had. Everyone was super friendly as well.

Recent dine - in experiences have been very good with great food and strict covid procedures. I really enjoyed the Laksa curry seafood noodles and beef pho noodle soup. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful, portions were ample and all food was served hot. The head chef and crew are passionate in their craft and dedicated to customer satisfaction!

Love shopping there! Always cheaper getting supplies there instead of going to meijer or walmart. Lots to choose from like different sauces, treats, noodles and veggies, all for good prices! Staff is always friendly and helpful and their cafe is always stocked with fun and different foods to try. ❤️ My 12 yr old and I always have a blast looking through the store and finding new things to try.

Having moved here from St. Louis, we missed the many Asian grocery stores in our former home town until we found Pacific Rim. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of hard-to-find Asian grocery items. The cafe there, however, is one of the best kept secrets in Kalamazoo. The food is fantastic, very reasonably priced, fresh and healthy. It is one of the best places for fresh Asian fusion in the region.
