Its a nice place to stop and get a bite to eat, shop for snacks on the long road trips, they remodeled so not as much stuff as they used to. Leaving the gas station can be tricky for younger drivers or someone who cant see well. They also have a restaurant inside that has a nice line up of trucker style dishes. All in all a basic old school truck stop hidden back in a the shadows of the highway.

*I am a car driver and needed a place to shower, eat and rest over night, this place delivered!*4th of July weekend, no hotels remotely close had any availability and i was getting desperate. Friendly and helpful staff. As I said, I’m not a trucker but I used the showers and yes, they are not what you would see in a4+star hotel, they are old and cracking and filled but no mold or anything present I saw. Also they are way big enough to not come in contact with on accident. They provided fresh towels and have a nice smelling and feeling shampoo/body wash.For people who need to have a place to stay over night they were very accommodating, unlike the last place that acted like they never imagined a person driving a car needing a place to rest for a few hours.Lots of food options and places to eat but I arrived too late for the restaurant, however their shop food was just as filling.

Shower is in need of renovations. It’s clean other than that.

Always has plenty of parking and the restrooms are always clean.

Stopped in here to get an alignment. Made it a half mile and came back due to a hard pull the the right. For the next 5 hours they kept trying to align the front end but couldn’t get it right. The alignment Machine kept giving inconsistent readings making it near impossible to align. I was patient with them the whole time but at the end I just asked if they would help me do a tape measure alignment to get it driveable since I needed to get moving, then I could stop by another location and get it set proper. They agreed and I went on my way. The next day I tried the Janesville location, but their machine was out of order. At that point I had to cancel a load and go to a different vendor and pay them $300 to fix the alignment. After this I went back and asked for a refund. The tech who did the alignment was there and called his boss, explained the scenario, and said they would get me taken care of but needed to come back during normal hours for the manager to handle the refund. Once again I went on my way. Came back a few day’s later, the manager BAHRAM GOSHI had me waiting for 15 minutes while he was on the phone before even coming to talk to me. Then he proceeds to question every little thing as if I was making this story up.... once again the tech had already sided with me....tells me he will look into it and call me. A week goes by, no call. I call him and he claims they will take care of me and stop on when I am able. I stop in the next day and he offers me a $60 refund of the $300 I spent there.SO AT THE END OF IT ALL THEY OFFERED ME $60 AS A REFUND FOR THE $300 I GAVE THEM, NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER $300 I HAD TO PAY A DIFFERENT SHOP TO FIX THIER MISTAKE.

All the trash cans are full, zero hot food in the fuel island, no paper towels in the holder. Maybe we should can all the lady dinosaurs with attitude and hire some ppl that dont think this job is beneath them.

Large area so vehicles with trailers can easily get to the pumps & turn to get out. Prices were competitive, bathroom was clean enough.

Joyce (restaurant) was very attentive and friendly. Food was good and everything was clean. Bathrooms were clean and so was the store. Good place.And another great visit with Joyce. Its nice to have a waitress with a personality.

Cabin feel, blue mail box,fedex,Really cool giftshop & unique snacks making this Petro have a very local feel. Local cheeses & a locked liquor cabinet stocked full of all the good stuff for a cold night!

Here w/ my husband 04/24/2020. All hot dogs at Dairy Queen were frozen, none were cooked, 7:45 pm, dinner time, no food! Sit down restaurant closed. Meat for subway sandwiches looked nasty. I guess people get to starve in this pandemic. Stop paying employees if they arent going to work! No excuse for this. Not coming here again, even after pandemic.

The mens bathroom only had one door that worked for the toilet. One doesnt lock the other is about to fall off. Both soap dispensers were empty.

Definitely needs improvement on shower maintenance. Not clean like the other petros and when I asked for an extra towel at 2305, was told by Dan that the person who maintained the showers had just left and proceeded ignore my request. Disappointing.

Newly remodeled. Looks great. Open and well lit, very clean. Friendly staff. Good selection and good pricing.

This was our 1st visit to a Petro Stopping Center. It was great! The people were happy to help explain where everything was. We bought more than we needed for sure! Happy friendly staff, clean and organized restaurant and awesome food!!! What more could any weary traveler ask for!!! Thank you ☆☆☆☆☆

Worst buffet Ive had. Waited for lunch buffet to come out, so it would be fresh. Was the first one up there. Looked like was in a warmer for hours, all dry and gross looking. And they want fourteen dollars for it. Buffet cook should be let go, if he cares that little for his work. He needs to do something different. Petro used to be a nice place, not so much anymore.

Great place. Rarely is there not a place to park no matter the time of day.

Petro is a great stop. Iron Skillet Buffet very very filling and absolutely delicious. Generous salad bar as well. Got what the traveler needs 2 to 18 wheels and what 26 wheels on the dump trucks. Whats up with that???Hahahahaha

I go there for repairs for truck n trailer. Always had best experience. I m still in trucking cause of these people otherwise I would have been broke long time ago.

We ordered breakfast at 11:17.I know the exact time because we asked what time the breakfast buffet ended and the waitress said 11:00.So we ordered breakfast off the menu.At 12:20 we still had no food so we got up and left. We should have known better because when we sat down there was notes on the napkin and the paper sleeve they put your silverware in. From a very upset customer. So this Petro has been taken off the list as a stop. We are in Wisconsin quite often as my husband is an over the road truck driver.Such a shame that this place has gone down hill so bad. It used to be a nice place. Now even the store is awful. They have taken so much stuff out.

Lots of parking in a huge parking lot. Typical truck stop with the usual amenities. If definitely stay there again if hauling through the area.

No problems. Dot inspection . Shop was clean and staff was good no complaints was done timely manner. Iron skillet subway fairy queen is available. Large parking area. Be prepared to walk.

Lots of parking here.I have always been able to find a parking spot anytime of day. Great food at the iron skillet restaurant, which has a buffet at a great price, plus a full salad bar. There is also a subway, and a dairy Queen, and a full convenience store, drivers lounge in basement.

Blue beacon is there and they did a good job washing the truck.

The restaurant service is very bad, if you ask for lemonade they will provide you water, they are not providing you enough food for what you paid.

Well it looks like every were else its hard to get help that pays attention. They were great in the restaurant

Looks nice, clean, lots of truck parking. Only scaled load here, hoping for a quick meal to go but no luck without time to order at Dennys. Kwick Trip across the road had every food imaginable prepared with as much parking open.

Lots of parking at 8:30 PM. +++++Took 5-1/2 hours to get an air valve replaced on a trailer, even after calling ahead and being assured that I could get right in. Ran out of hours. Needed to park. -----A wash. Three stars.

I have no problem with this Petro. It was clean inside and the cashier was friendly. I did not use the restaurant.

Excellent service. Tanya at subway took great care of me and was unbelievably serving a long line of customers, by herself, with excellent customer service. This is an employee which should be kept around and moving up in your company

Good truck stop, clean, plenty of parking. Only half the fuel pumps have DEF though so watch which ones you go into.

Food a little dry, everything else was better than before.

Showers are not cleaned, sinks are visible dirty, Im not impressed..if possible I wont be doing a reset here again...store is small however three are several restaurants the look of the store with canoe,an bear Ceramic,is the only cool things about this place!!!

Good truck stop Big, clean, youll find everything you need for the highway here. There is a Subway, a DQ and a restaurant. Ample parking, they also over truck service.

Great place to get Wisconsin stuff, cheese curds and things unique to Wisconsin. Great food as well. Lots of parking and great service too.

Nice big parking lot. Restaurant is nice and food is good. Waitress on the other hand was rude. And usually your tip depends on your attitude and service. Overall good though.

They still have a real sit down restaurant, where you can talk to other drivers over a meal.
