THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION BUT OF OFFICE DEPOT IN GENERAL.Do not trust Office Depot to calculate your Rewards correctly. Whether intentionally dishonest or accidentally careless, my rewards have not been accurately added to my account automatically. When I contacted Office Depot support and explained the matter, they still attempted to provide me far less Rewards than I had actually earned. I had to walk the support person through the math before they said they would provide the correct amount of rewards.TL;DR: Always check your rewards account to verify its accuracy as it is often providing customers less in rewards than actually earned.

I went in to get help with the FedEx shipping with some equipment I needed to send back to my old work-from-home employer, and one of the gentlemen at the front desk was able to point me to where to go up the road to find the actual FedEx office for proper packaging and shipping assistance.It was just a small act of help, but it ended up making a huge difference for me today, as I was able to get there before they closed when I wouldnt have otherwise. So I just wanted to post a review to say Thank You!

This is a good Office Depot. The store is really nothing to write home about, just your average office supply store but the place is usually well stocked with supplies, is decently cleaned and the staff are nice. I have not heard the best stories about their printing & copying services but for purchasing office supplies, I would recommend coming here. Also, the delivery from the store is usually decently fast and well taken care of.

Isnt the same anymore the guys are a little pushy if you go in after 5 pm they act like they need to make a sell. So sad what the pandemic has done nothing is the same anymore.

Andy and the team were very helpful and patient while I chose my new desk chair. They were also very nice when I came back to price match.

I always buy my stationery and office gear at Office Depot, they have got pretty much everything. Staff attention is always friendly and helpful. I do not know how competitive their prices are, but at least they seem to be client concerned.

Great curbside pick up

The only reason I gave two stars is because of one gentleman that came over to help me during this frustrating visit. I apologize. I do not remember your name!I came to print off a large document for work with my 7 month baby strapped to me. They advertise right next to their printers that I can connect with my Google Drive and print from there... easy enough. I take the time to set up my device to print and then was told that no, they do NOT support Google Drive ... even though it is advertised... Right there. Okay no problem, so I ask what the name of the printer was so I could print. Brian rudely told me that I wasnt allowed to do this. He said I could come back with a flash-drive since my file was too big to email ... then walked away. Instead of helping me find a solution he left me to fend for myself and their dated machines. I am pretty tech savvy, but at that time my baby decided she was hungry and need a diaper change since I was taking so long for a print job that should have EASILY been 5 minutes. Instead I had to wait around for 10 until I could find help. On-top of this fiasco, they do not have changing tables and then gave me dirty looks ask I had to resort to changing my baby on-top of their table with my own changing pad. WELL PEOPLE. There has to be more than me that comes in with a child.So, sadly I do not remember the nice fellows name that finally helped me, printed off my document and was nice enough to correct a mistake. That is my fault for only focusing on the negative in that situation.Summary: A 5 minute print job turned into 30. I didnt even get to print everything I needed. Rude and judgmental employees. No accommodations for babies or parents. (I guess old furniture, dusty office supplies and stale coffee should be enough, but it is not. )

I dont know why I keep coming back. Weve given them so many chances and theyre just terrible. They couldnt figure out how to do my print job and they couldnt deliver it on time. And then they wouldnt give me a refund because they couldnt find me in the system. They told me to call corporate. Not only are they incompetent but they clearly hate their jobs. I will gladly drive across town, thank you.

When I arrived in to the store there was only 1 other customer being serviced. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me because obviously the employee didn’t see me standing in the store. Everyone that came after me was being helped. There was even 2 workers helping 1 person on several occasions. It wasn’t until I started recording their actions did someone decide to help me. Interesting group of employees.After waiting for 30 minutes. I asked one of the guys again who could handle my issue and how long I have to wait for someone to help me he pointed to a lady standing next to him who just walked up to help a customer that just entered the store. They were avoiding helping me.

Very helpful staff and found just what I wanted.

They are rip oFFS, we recycle ink cartridges here almost every month and get credit for it, but now they just take it and say you geT credit and you come back to use it and they never gave it to you.

Got an old picture printed out and they took their time to get it right for me !

This store could not get a receipt had to wait one hour But they didnt care my wife waited I would have told them what to do with it, last timeat this store.
