I want to cancel my service but there is no one that answers the phone, emails, FB postings or Messenger. The app has not worked since mid June. Or has the company given everyone the summer off? Below is what was delivered (but not ordered) in June but with little space for storage and not wanting it to sit in the yard for how long they picked most of it up. If I would have known that ordering, deliveries and customer service were going to be limited over the summer I would have canceled then.

Been using the service for 3 years now and we love it. When we had issues with our cooler they came out and replaced it at no cost to us. They’re easy to deal with and with the new app it’s even easier to use the service.

Great water service that comes to your door

Great service and communication. I have used their service for a couple years and never ran into any problems. They always remind you they are coming so you can change your order and put your empty bottles out. Their billing is easy to manage also. Highly recommend!

Had this service for 3 or 4 years, they are a total scam, always over charging and confusing bills that don’t make any sense. On top, ever since pandemic started the driver would not bring the bottles up to my apartment, making me carry them instead with the excuse of no contact delivery, come on! You don’t have to see me to bring them up to the upstairs hallway!Now even after canceling they made me wait one month to get the equipment, charging me for another month rent of course, and they keep trying to bill me for rental of equipment since the guy would not come and get it. I had to carry the heavy thing down myself! No, I’m not giving you any more money!Save your cash and get a filter.

The service is great! Right now in the midst of this pandemic I am assured of quality water products delivered right to my door. You can manage your account entirely online. You get notified before your deliveries, the delivery man is very friendly, I love having cold water to drink and hot water for tea without having to wait for it to boil. I think they provide a wonderful service and they also have a large selection of water products as well as other beverage products to choose from. I highly recommend this company!

There deliveries have always been on time and the delivery person is very helpful. He has gone above and beyond at times when I could not get the bottles inside and even during covid has found ways to be helpful while respecting the needed distance. Would so recommend and give the driver a bonus.

Hinckley Springs Water Delivery has not missed a beat during this pandemic. Communication, trust, honour and respect has taken a huge part while the stay at home order has taken place. Water is essential, so many thanks and gratitude to those who work for this company and those delivery drivers that are so valued.

Great product (water) and good service!

We’ve been customers for a while now. We are able to change our order as needed online, and they show up correct and on time! Our driver is courteous, and great with our dog- He leaves little bones for him on the jugs when he leaves. Hands down, best water delivery, and I really like that fluoridated water is not much extra!

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and I love the water. My delivery driver is very nice. If I forget to leave my bottle(s) out he will knock to see if someones home.

Our route driver is super nice and leaves the bottles near our back door. The water dispenser seems to be working well. Overall its been a good experience

I’ve been with Hinckley Springs for a few years now, the water itself is ok. They deliver regularly as requested and the customer service reps at the 1-800 number are always nice. That said, EVERY time I have to deal with a delivery guy they are the rudest people. The guy who set up my dispenser was rude. Then in the dead of winter they left all my jugs on the front porch, even though they’d been instructed to use the back door bc we NEVER go through the front and wouldn’t see the bottles. So of course they froze and cracked the jugs leaking all over my enclosed front porch. And just this week my dispenser broke and was leaking all over. I called and set up an exchange, the girl said to me at least three times he will call you when he’s in route. He DID NOT, so he came in the early morning and knocked so lightly even my dogs didn’t bark, well when he had to come back in the afternoon he was rude as could be, scaring my dog so badly she pooped, then stepping in it and tracking it all over the floor, bc he gave me no real time to clean it up. I have had to complain 2-3 times and nothing seems to change so these delivery guys genuinely just don’t care about customer service. And it shows. I’m looking to change services bc of all the issues.

The service is fantastic and the water is delicious!!!!! So convenient too.
