I went needing a few things a very helpful employee help n saved me money..

Clean store, well organized and the staff is so friendly! Asked if I needed help with anything without being pushy. Definitely left feeling crafty!

Our first stop for craft items. We know this store so well and always find what we are looking for.

The store was clean and nice. My daughter & I had to use the rest room and they all followed us around weirdly. Maybe it was my tattoos or my childs punk like attire but we love to craft too :)

Sold out of what I came for way to fast

Michaels has a lot of things for crafts, thats for sure.Lots of things that I didnt know even exist!I went there to look for leather crafting supplies which Michaels doesnt have much. They have a small section, mostly laces and some kits. All I found that I needed was some glue.One big negative for me is the in-store music.Its an odd playlist, often not appropriate for a retail environment. The music is also loud and they have many speakers throughout the store.Im glad that I dont work there because that music would make me crazy!

They did not have colorful marbles but still had them and customer service was amazing to me.

All kinds of different crafts, kits, or items you might want to make your own ideas. Dont forget Michaels has artificial x-mas trees and everything you need to put on and under it. They dont have fabric. I do alot of sewing. Thats my reason for the four stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Michaels.

Ive gone here many times throughout the last few months, always just to run in to replenish my yarn and fiberfill supply. Cashiers are always nice, line is never too long.

They should not have not just one line at the register. And if they do then block them all off so you can not just walk up to just any register! Make it a maze type thing so you have to be the next in line to the next open register. No one saw the one little sign that said register line. It was down on register one. When you are walking up to register four you can not see that sign from that side of the store. You should block it all off so people have to go down to register one.

Ehh, ok. Limited staff, that are not very knowledgeable about where things are in the store or able to provide assistance on craft projects. Got most of what I needed, shopped online for the rest.

Had what I went for! Nice store & staff.

A smaller Michaels than what Im used to, but they have a better assortment of beading supplies here than the Hobby Lobby down the street. The girls who work here are all pretty cool as well.

Pretty decent selection, some specialty items you cant find at other craft store. The only thing that I dont prefer with Michaels, is that they dont have as good of sales as other craft/hobby stores.

The staff at this Michaels is always so helpful! I am a teacher so I’m always looking for very specific materials which they always seem to have. Every staff member I have interacted with here is always pleasant and knowledgeable about where to find things. I also appreciate how clean the store is! Recently, I had a tricky return to deal with and the manager, Lydia, couldn’t have been sweeter about helping me not only resolve my issue but getting me the perfect replacement. I wish all customer service could be this enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Nice selection of crafting supplies, along with the usual great sales. Make sure to sign up for coupons to get more savings. The employees are always helpful and available. They offer little events (craft making or slime) for kids usually weekly, either free or very cheap.

Very helpful staff. You need it because the store can be a bit overwhelming. Its well stocked. If you cant find your craft supplies, you probably arent asking for help
