Life and laundry pile up at an alarming rate when you are faced with a double whammy. The washer stops spinning leaving you with a tub full of cloths dead in the water. The dryer caught wind and began squealing in pain when forced to move, begging for Paw to fetch his shotgun. Im currently paid my bills broke.

Premier is awesome! We shopped around before stopping in there but once we walked in that was it. We started with a Big TV and have gotten many items since. I love the service and their products are top quality. We will always be a customer of Premier, not only for their services but because we love the guys. Ted and Leon are two of my favorite people. Ive bought a few things here over the years and I like this place very much, especially for furniture - it is quality stuff, not something that will fall apart in a year. I usually dont like rent to own places, but they have good deals, they can special order furniture, their 90 days same as cash is nice and you can sometimes get returns in excellent shape at incredible prices and everyone there is nice.

I have been with premier for the last 10 years, Ted the manager is always pleasant and have a great smile. Then their Leon who always make my day with his pleasant humor, and his wonderful smile. If you need anything go to permier for friendly services and wonderful prices.

I absolutely love this place. We had excellent customer service from the second my husband and I walked in. Dan was very honest answering all of our questions. We needed a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Dan helped us pick the right appliances that fit our budget. He did not try to sell us the most expensive appliances. We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect stuff. We got a great deal and I love that they have several different payment options to fit any budget. The application process was super quick, we walked out same day with all 3 appliances ordered on Saturday and on Monday morning they called me to let me know they were on their way. The delivery guys were super friendly and very respectful of my home. They brought everything in and put it in place. Its made very clear upon signing your contract that they do not hook up your washer or dryer. Well my husband was going to be out of town that whole week, so the guys offered to walk me through the hook up process so I wouldnt have to wait for my husband to do it. They stayed until it was running properly. I was so grateful for that because I really wanted to use my new appliances right away.They even offered to help me clean up and they put my door back on the hinges that I had removed before they even arrived. They showed me how everything worked and showed me all the settings, etc...Later that day my refrigerator alarm was beeping and would NOT turn off. I called them up and within 30 minutes they were back at my house ready to assist. All he had to do was unplug the refrigerator and plug it back in to reset it. I felt so dumb, but he assured me it was no big deal and even tried to make me feel better by saying the fridge was too heavy for me to pull it out to unplug it myself. 🙈 I am so happy we decided to buy from Premier instead of their competitor. Also, the other places we went to would only allow you to get two appliances and after making your payments on time for 90 days, then you can apply for a third appliance. At Premier, getting all three at once was no problem at all. I dont know if they have a specific limit because we just needed the 3, but it wasnt an issue. We got a Maytag Top loader XL washer, Maytag XL dryer, and a GE stainless steel double door fridge with the drawer freezer on the bottom. I absolutely love my new appliances, they work great and all 3 are under warranty. I definitely reccomend renting/buying from Premier. They also will price match their competitors.

In 2012 I stumbled upon Premier while at work. I figured just another rent-to-own place but I was dead wrong! I found a Howard Miller grandfather clock that i fell in love with and was just looking at knowing how expensive they are I knew it would never fit into my budget. Ted, the owner looked over a few things and made it affordable to where it did fit in my budget with ease. They treated me with great respect not like a criminal like others, wanting to know your great aunts name twice removed from the side of your family that you have never met! Since 2012 I have developed a relationship with Premier knowing; 1, im getting a great price (less than if you paid with a credit card from big box)2, The products would be the same products that the Owner of the store would buy for his own home3, The product i am buying is covered under warranty (and honored unless of neglect of course)4, The terms are set in stone where this item will be paid off years before it wears out.5, Im going to have a great customer service experience and treated with respect.Simply put if you buy from anywhere else than Premier, consider yourself warned!I now bought brand new freezer and now getting a new washer and dryer!So why go anywhere else when you have a business willing to bend over backwards for you?

My husband and I stumbled across Premier after a bad experience with Aarons. The saleamen were willing to earn our business. Now 5 years later we have bought a living room set, 3 beds, 2 Tvs, washer, dryer, lawnmower and a fireplace tv stand. They all know you by name and super friendly and always willing to work with you of the need arises. Never have any issue if something needs to be looked at or repaired they are always there. I came across premier by mistake. Let me tell you. I have bought a tv, mac book, and now a bedroom set from there. I have over 20 years retail experience and have used a couple rent to own places. By far, premier is the best place to go. The staff is extremely friendly, the merchandise is great quality, and they actually care about what you want instead of what you spend. I paid off my tv, and turned around and bought a bedroom group. The delivery guys were awesome. We couldnt be happier with the items we have bought there. Ted, leon and dan are extremly awesome. And let me tell you, I came across a hard time, but with communication, and being upfront with them, they helped us out alot without picking anything up, and we got back ahead of the payments, and paid off and remain ahead. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and after the bedroom group, we plan on a dining set. Hands down, this is the best place to go for items, and customer service. we couldnt be happier.I cant remember the guys who delivered to our house their names, but they are also awesome.
