I recently moved into an old house that needed a lot of work. Paul at Precision was highly recommended and I got a great vibe from him immediately. He went above and beyond to complete our project with a level of perfectionism that is rare. When I walked into my home today, I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the windows, painting and walls all came out. I felt like I was stepping into an entirely new home.Paul is really easy to communicate with and isn’t pushy. He knows his stuff and will point out what work really needs to be done and what work can wait. In addition, he responds very promptly to calls and emails, even before he starts on a project. A total pleasure to work with. Reasonable prices too!

I simply can not say enough good, no make that great things about this company. We first learned about Precision Kitchen and Baths from our daughter as she was having her basement finished. I was so impressed by their work that we decided to have them redo our Kitchen. Alex was always more than professional and while the work was being done he kept reassuring us that you will be happy when we are finished. We were more than happy, we were delighted.Once we saved up some money we asked them to do our bathroom. Once again, the workers were so clean, polite, knowledgeable, hard working, considerate and concerned about taking precautions regarding the Corona Virus.While doing the first floor bathroom, Jose noticed a leak in our basement that had obviously been a problem for a long time based on the presence of mold and soft wood. This would have been a great opportunity to take advantage of the homeowner. I must tell you the care and effort they took to rip out a 100 year old cast iron pipe while not having to destroy our upstairs bathroom tile was unbelievable. Any regular plumber would had not cared enough or taken the time to not damage the existing tile. Also, the talent involved in repairing the dinning room wall was amazing. I have worked with their team throughout the years on various home projects including bathrooms, kitchen expansion and basement. Our most recent project was transforming a totally unfinished (ugly) basement into a Zen retreat and laundry room. The basement went from totally scary to a beautiful space that totally exceeded our expectations. It is amazing! The workmanship and project was managed to every single small detail. It was so exciting to see this vision on paper come to life day by day, the transformation was truly incredible. I just wanted to share a REALLY great experience with my basement renovation! I had a vision, local company Precision delivered. My house is almost 100 years old, had water issues for days, and they took care of everything and left me with a wonderful new space! Reasonable, flexible, responsive, and accommodating- these guys are awesome. I would recommend to anyone!

I used Precision Plus for the first time in 2014, when moving into a new home. From sanding wood floors to laying new floor tiles in the kitchen, to drywall and painting, electrical and plumbing work, every aspect of the job was top notch, reasonably priced and completed on time. Four years later, when it was time to renovate the entire kitchen, I didnt hesitate for a moment before calling Precision Plus. I actually got some other estimates first, just to satisfy my curiosity as to what other contractors would offer, and there was no comparison. These guys do not scrimp or look to cut corners... they do the job the right way, they stand behind their work, and theyre not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Paul and Alex and the entire Precision Plus crew are a rare breed. Highly recommended!

I went from dreading construction to my house to being addicted to it. In the past year, Precision has renovated 2 of my bathrooms, kitchen, basement, and mud room. Not only do they do an incredible job, but they are amazing to deal with and we keep calling them back for more!!! They are clean, reliable, and all around amazing. I’ve been dreaming of a kitchen renovation for several years, putting ideas in a folder and looking at those ideas now and again. My kitchen was the original from 1969 so not only was it time for a Reno it was very important my ideas become a reality. I gave my wish list and drawings to Paul and was so pleased when he said the project would take 6 weeks. Paul is wonderful to work with. He handled everything and his timing of scheduling from demo to installation was spot on. Paul’s team we’re at my home daily, on time and left my house clean when they were done for the day. I was always told the dust would be horrible but Paul’s team did a fantastic job in keeping it down to the kitchen area. Leslie, Paul’s wife is a wonderful asset in the showroom. Leslie is knowledgeably of the products in the showroom (absolutely beautiful products) and put together the perfect backsplash to my quartz countertop. Leslie is great with color, design, textures and movement of color. I would highly recommend Kitchen & Baths by Precision Plus and Paul Joseph’s team.

Stay away! Poor quality workmanship and materials. We saved for so long to renovate our home and in the end we got nothing but heartache.

On time, on schedule, and perfect quality work, finally I found a contractor that I love. These men are perfectionists, and their quality just blew me away
