A girl named Jassy or Jazzy at the drive-through deserves a raise. I have never gone through a drive-through and experience such enthusiasm and kindness from another person than I did with her. I have never left a review before but she was just so energetically nice. I’m a 17-year-old guy and. For me to leave a review should honestly should say something. It’s just like her customer service level is what everyone should aspire to be.

People should be able to sit and enjoy their coffee inside the building. Shame it’s set up so beautiful but you can’t sit. The quality and flavor of their drinks is poor and they charge more cause it’s in a busier area.

Love the people and service at this Starbucks location... If youre a fan of pumpkin, I HIGHLY recommend trying their pumpkin bread, it is absolutely amazing!! Shout out to an employee by the name of Jasmine for always getting my drink perfect and making sure Im happy n satisfied! Ive had multiple interactions with Jasmine via drive-thru, she always double checks and asks me if everything is the way I want it and its always a pleasant experience here when she greets me at the window! Thank you again Jasmine!!

Drive thru is always awful. Cafe is open and closed that they please every other day. Order a drink 15 min til arrival so I’m on time for work for for cafe pick up, only for it to be closed and since it’s paid for I have to wait in drive thru for what feels like 15-20 minutes. Late for work. This place is a hit or a miss. Then say they are open today only for me to drive up and they’re closed. You guys really need a handle on this open/closed idea.

I come to this Starbucks sometimes twice a day. For the past few years and I can honestly say, Hanna and Gabriellq are the best employees that I have ever met at this Starbucks! They are always hard at work when I come. Whenever I come to pick up my coffee one of them are usually there. Whether it is day or night when I am around they are there with a big smile on their face to greet me! These two girls are very caring young women. Hanna helped me figure out the app when I first downloaded it. Gabriella and Hanna, Thank you for your hard work and wonderful positive attitudes!

I wish the people could read. Almost every time I order a drink online they mess it up some how. Weather it’s not adding the extra stuff I paid for or not making the drink properly. I wish they had the passion of making the drinks like they do at the Daytona location on international. 🥺Also their almost always out of stuff on the app but I know that’s not their fault.

I have to say I’ve been frustrated by Starbucks with the locations by me but after stopping at this location made me thankful for ones I don’t get to enjoy as often. This one is only drive thru on the weekends and tonight was quick, friendly and delicious. Can’t wait to stop by this location more often. 😍

The employees are always so nice, friendly and my orders come out perfect for the most part.My only real issue is that the line is the worst Ive ever seen. Example, there were a total of five vehicles in line and its still took an upwards of 45 minutes.When I see theres only a few cars I dont even wait I go to a different location and tell others that is location isnt time efficient.

Never stocked out of oat milk ! I literally came back twice one day!! No wonder everyone goes to target for their chai or coffee. Spend 6$ on drink not even done correctly every time ! I kindly asked the girl at the window why is this store more expensive then any other store in the area let alone different states. She goes idk it must be the tax. Ok valid answer. I just mentioned every Starbucks Ive been to (Ive been ordering the same things for years) Ive only paid $5.85 @ the most. Well your order is $6.75. Oh ok. No worries I paid it. Then she blurts out well if your going to pay it why did you ask. Are you kidding me? I have a right to know why Im paying almost a $1 more than any other starbucks. What makes this one special? Do i get gold flakes in my drink? Do I get a silly straw? Remember where you work. I havent had coffee today. I might bite your head off like a T-Rex.

I was very disappointed. The drive thru was packed, so I decided to go inside. Took a bit for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I waited 10 minutes after placing my order to see if maybe they missed it because they kept putting drinks on the counter that must have been mobile orders. When I asked, the girl said, “I don’t know, I just make them in the order I receive them.” Another lady said, “yours is coming up!” I waited another 3 minutes before it actually did. I will not be going back! Need a new system of taking care of the customers that are actually inside waiting!! Once I got my latte it was 3/4 ice, very disappointing!

Worst drive-thru service I have ever seen. We avoid this location at all costs! Someone in charge should really take initiative here. I’ve never seen anything like it. You will pull up to the drive-thru speaker and they will say hold on, you’ll wait for 10 minutes prior to ordering. This never works! Cars get backed up therefore leaving a big gap between the car at the window and the person trying to order. This never works! Someone should step in and get involved in management because it’s ridiculous!!! Their current star review on here is beyond fake news!

If only they could be as fast and efficient as Chick-fil-a. Just when you get ready to order after waiting 20 minutes in line... they tell you to hold for another 5. After you order you have about 10-20 minutes of waiting for the 3 cars ahead of you to get a cup of coffee. Chick-fil-a started working on your order by the time you pull in their parking lot, it takes about 5-7 to get a full meal. That’s not the case for a cup of coffee though.

Horrible location. The line is always so long. Now with COVID the inside is open one day for pick up then closed the next, very irritating for those of us in a hurry to get to work trying to get coffee. At least allow people to walk in and pick up. Inconsistent and ever-changing. 99% of the world doesn’t have 40 minutes to wait For coffee.

Inconsistent hours and store now closed until further notice. Sat in the drive thru behind several cars only to realize that the store was closed. They have had the lobby open then closed for pickup randomly over the last few months. Ordered ahead only to have to wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes because the lobby is closed. Set your hours and either open the lobby or close it. No consistency in hours, dining area availability and the like. The pandemic is here to stay so adapt to it or I’ll go to the local coffee stores.

This location is very busy but the barista are is very skilled at producing excellent drinks consistently and quickly. I stopped by last Saturday at 7:30pm and the inside was closed due to Covid but the barista were able to keep the long drive through line moving efficiently.

Very nice, comfy, and clean Starbucks. I sat on the sofa and had a large coffee and read for some time. The staff was welcoming and graciously refilled my coffee for free as long as I was there. It wasnt crowded, and I wasnt demanding or taking up a lot of space either.It was a very nice atmosphere in which to read. There was the usual noise, but it wasnt disturbingly so. I jst wish I had had a scone. ;)

The place was very disorganized. We ordered our two coffees and we didnt get them had to go back and ask why and we were standing right there. They took other people afterour order but we continue to wait. Maybe it wasnt our day we even had a car accident before we got there. Our coffees were delicious after we got them.

Most the time this Starbucks is alright. Every time I ask for light ice it seems it is their mission to add more. Very frustrating as I have temperature sensitive teeth. I dont want to keep paying for 3/4 a cup of ice just to have to wait for it melt so I can drink it without my teeth hurting. Going to start ordering drinks with no ice because they cant seem to get it.

Edit:Ive been hooked on Starbucks for years now and this used to be my favorite location to come to. 5 months later and something has changed. A drink that used to be made perfectly Every time is not getting mixed properly, leaving slimy chunks that get sucked up through the straw for a very unpleasant flavor and sensation.Here are the responses Ive received when asking for my drink to be shaken better: Some people like it like that. and Our manager that made that drink, she said its because it has coconut milkI understand the powder doesnt mix as well with coconut milk...but I did pay 60 more cents to substitute coconut milk, and I tip 1.00 every visit, so I dont deserve my 6.00 drink (7.00 including tip) to be mixed?? Its uncomfortable for me already to have to ask for the drink to be shaken, (you can see from my other reviews I do not usually complain) and it gets all over me if I try to do it myself.And I dont think I deserve a smart comment from the staff if I do ask. I am a regular at Starbucks and enjoy a good cup of coffee. My personal coffee was great and on time. I order two travelers coffee boxes for a work meeting. It should have been ready when I got here and it was not. The seven people working behind the counter did not touch it until I check on it again 15 minutes later. It was significant late.

Second time that my coffee kept spilling. I go to that place for coffee quality and convenience. When I am in a hurry I would expect to just grab and go - I order online. But in 2 instances, the coffee was overflowing and the lid wasnt closed properly. Come on. Spilled all over my car, my hand, and my dress. HOT COFFEE. COME ON. GET IT TOGETHER. YOU HAD ONE JOB.

I just ordered online and picked up what was supposed to be a Mango Dragonfruit Venti refresher with 2 scoops Dragonfruit infusion and what i got is a glass of pink water!!! there wasnt (2) scoops of anything but ice! I regularly visit this location, and Allen and Alex are constantly there with a great attitude and a helpful energy, went in on Saturday November 16th and was just making small talk with an employee and another employee I think was named Gina very harshly yelled at him for talking even though he was multi-tasking and still working. Extremely unprofessional and rude and ruined my coffee break.

The cappuccino was good but the drive through is always slow. The SB on beachside on Dunlawton is much faster but out of my way. I wouldnt use this ones drive through if you dont have an extra 10+ minutes to spare.

Great service. As a recommendation years ago from a barista in another town, I order hot drinks at a lower-than-normal temperature so I can drink them right away and not burn my tongue. This is often a point of issue when I go to a Starbucks that doesnt know me, and if its not that, its usually that my go-to drink is missing something. But this location has it down and their baristas are very nice. Keep it up!

I really only go to any Starbucks to order my Mom the following a decaf venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte and in my case its easy to remember because its a pattern Ive established being someone with both Aspergers Syndrome and a bit of OCD and one thing I generally like about Starbucks on that last note is that they are usually rather quiet inside

I think Im burnt out on Starbucks. Every time I go the consistency isnt there. One day my frappe is great the next its like drinking chocolate milk. Or theres chunks of ice. I think Im gonna give Starbucks a break for awhile.
