Too much employee rotation. I would tell an employee about an issue with the lights in my unit and the next week they were no longer there and my issue would never get fixed. went through it like 6 times before someone was honest with me and told me the owner wouldn’t fix the lights, but they were quick to raise my rent $36 which is about 20% of my rent. They wouldn’t fix an issue, but were quick to charge me more. Also a major safety (and fire safety) issue that your lights completely turn off and leave you in the dark walking down the hallway to the elevator. There’s a lady that lives in her unit there too. I’ve seen her plenty of times after hours. There should be some kind of dumpster for the renters with all the money they pay. And when the office is open they should be telling people they can’t just park in a random place, makes it very hard and unsafe for the people parked correctly to back out to leave. I don’t wish to be contacted.

Franny the manager was most helpful and efficient to set everything up and was also helped by Jamie who was also excellent. Both are most pleasant. Would recommend StorQuest should you need storage space.

I have had a unit there for a number of years and previously liked them a lot. They have switched ownership to Stor Quest. Now all it is is problems at the Port Chester, NY facility. I got charged out of the blue for insurance in October and November 2020.As I already carry homeowners insurance, I spent an hour in November getting them a copy ofthe declaration page. I was told that now it was all corrected; no refund possible though.So guess what? All of a sudden I am AGAIN being charged $12.00 monthly for insurance!! This unhelpful person who claims she is the manager there says I have to redo the whole thing again even though my policy is good through July 2021!This is just horrible.

Excellent service and Chris has been professional throughout our long experience with this facility. He is polite and has shown such exceptional and pleasant demeanor with every encounter we’ve had. This deserves recognition because it is such a rare experience to have this kind of professionalism with a business these days.

I normally do not write a review because it is time consuming, but I felt this one was necessary. Jamie and Nancy at Store Quest in Port Chester are the utmost professionals. They both greeted me with smiles and made every attempt to satisfy my needs. They answered all my questions all while multi tasking with other clients that were in and out of the office. Their attention to detail was very impressive.Store Quest should be honored and proud to have two such wonderful employees

A friend of mine recommended me this place and I wont regret it . they treated me so nicely, they even got me a good deal by saving money on the first five months. The place is clean, well lighted and secured.But what I like the best it is the staff, I had checked other storage place but people there were not nice to me, thank you guys again for the good service.

Its nice to go and store things that cludder a home i havent been there long but im looking forward to continuing my services there

I can’t say enough what a great experience this was! I had called several places to see about storage and the difference here was the reasonable prices along with incredibly helpful and informative staff. Nancy was very knowledgeable and able to assist me at a moments notice, she really made a very stressful situation manageable. Everyone should hope to find an employee like this. I was able to find the right size unit and access is very convenient.

The staff was very pleasant and was able to sign us up quickly. We were able to get the senior discount. The property looks clean.

Excellent experience. The storage spaces are clean, bright and secure. The staff could not be more helpful. I came in with a cold and they gave me cold medicine along with helping resolve my issue!!
