Went into this location and placed an order a week ago. Paid for order in full, given receipt of purchase was told order would be in within a few days and I would receive a phone call when able to pick up.After a week with no call I contacted to store, spoke with Matthew who claimed to be the acting manager at that moment. Matthew was clearly having a bad day, he was not listening to what I was asking him. He kept stating that I wasn’t listening to him that the product wasn’t at the location. I was asking him to check the status of the order. Matthew was talking to me In a very belittling state and kept raising his voice. Before eventually disconnecting the conversation. I can only imagine how difficult it must be working at the vitamin shoppe in a customer service position! He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I followed up with corporate and will see to it that Matthew learns how to deal customers properly. Listening to the matter at hand and attempting to solve the problem without escalating the situation.Avoid this place at all costs, especially Matthew. He has a very piss poor attitude.

On January 26, 2018 I went to this business to buy some gels. I tried to pay with a debit card from Banco Nación Argentina, after two attempts the employee tells me that he has been rejected. We tried another debit card from the same bank and he gave us the same answer. Finally, we paid for the purchase with a Santander Rio Bank debit card. Upon returning to my country and reviewing purchases made abroad, I find myself with the unpleasant surprise that I have been debited four times the amount in my accounts. I paid it 4 times !!!, in total 120 dollars. In addition to this scam, the attention was appalling. I wonder how I do to recover that money I was overcharged. I have all the vouchers
