The work is good, but their prices are way too high. Had a shower door made and installed. I had one other store quote the job. The I got a price from Associated they and told them they were too expensive, they dropped $300 off the price. Beware if you pay their prices without checking around.

Installed shower doors for us. Had an incident where the posted strip started to peel (between door and wall). They came out and replaced - nice guys, quality product. Highly recommend!

After shopping around multiple locations for a frameless shower door, i came upon Associated Glass locally here in Port Chester. I spoke to John and we worked out a great price for a quality shower door. Jack, the owner, came out and did the measurements and the door was installed about 2 weeks later. The installers were professional and quick. Everything was done within 2 hours. Great work and great quality.

I called to have two sets of patio doors replaced and within two days they were replaced and installed these guys did great work and they even wore protective shoe covers in my house. Thank you guys for a job well done

Associated Glass fixed two broken window panes in my home-- Their estimate was accurate, reasonable, and the workmen were very good. John was prompt in responding to my inquiry and I would hire them again with no hesitation.

I own a local business and spoke to the owner John about replacing a door hinge in one of my locations.My manager was the point of contact and was not in that particular location the day they showed up and installed the door hinge without ever giving us an estimate and /or getting an ok from either myself or the manager.He tried to charge us an unreasonable amount of money ..in fact double what we had paid a previous company.for the same exact thing. He charged for 2 men (It is a 1 man job ) for 1&1/2 hours. I checked the camera tapes and the men were only there for 45 min and one man just stood and watched.When I spoke to John he was rude condescending and argumentative.I told him he was welcome to come back and take out the hinge but I would not pay the price he was charging.I never agreed to any of It !!After many phone calls back and forth he ultimately cut the bill in half which I felt was a fair price.Please beware of this company if you choose to use them.Especially if you are a woman.

I saw a negative comment and wanted to speak on my many positive experiences with Associated Glass and Mirrors. They have always been very personable and professional to work with. Theyve installed beautiful sliding glass doors in my shower, full length mirrors in the bedrooms, and replaced a broken mirror in my medicine cabinet. They have great attention to detail and do great work. I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family!

I called Associated Glass and mirrors to fix my shower door that was leaking water. They came and changed the plastics around the door. However, the door wasnt completely fix as it was still leaking a bit. After calling them three times they came and expended all the time necessary to finish their job without extra charge.

Asked for an estimate on a new glass table. They promised to get me an estimate, but after 3 calls, they never responded. Poor service.
