After spending over $1,000 at Vitolite to do an electrical project, I attempted to return a few odd pieces of PVC left over. Unfortunately, did not have the receipt with me, and was told by an extremely rude and curt salesperson there was nothing I can do for you. Would not even attempt to look up the sale or accommodate in any way.Normally I’m very supportive of local businesses, but this one needs a serious customer service overhaul if they expect to survive long term in the new wholesale and retail environment.Just to add salt to the wound - I followed up with a visit to HD to return a couple items and walked out with a full refund in under a minute...

From the counter help to the job planning and industrial sales department the experience Ive had at Vitolite is top-notch- highly recommended!

I went to get trip pins got my electric timer . The man behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering him to look to see I they had them, he couldnt tell me if or when they would get them in cause they didnt have them. What a waste of time. Never again.
