Awful, they not only COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY LIED about a ring price, and charged me near 3x its actual amount (guess they didnt realize what a google search could uncover), but they promised that my girlfriend would simply love it ( wasnt the case at all). Also said it was a promise ring, turned out to be a holiday special that they were trying to clear from stock. Sleazy place, even sleazy-er people. The whole place smells something fowl, would have been okay if they werent trying to rip people off. STAY AWAY, DEFINITELY GO TO ZALES.
