HOW HARD IS IT TO POST THAT THIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED?! Why did I have to drive to the location to see a hand-written sign on the door? Really inconsiderate, and indicates to me that Sally’s doesn’t care to have any business.

They are my go to for all my hair and nail products. They are very informative with hair color.

There is a sallys beauty over in hartsdale if anyone is interested in a mini travel. Not far from port chester. Donald is very nice and humble do ask for him if you do go to hartsdale. Hope that helps.

There’s a new Manager at this store, and she has hired some super-nice people. I’ve been there twice since, and have had good experiences both times.

I saw the reviews that warned about a rude blonde manager(?) at this location, and made a mental note when I walked in to try and avoid her, but considering she was standing in the section I needed to look in, I couldnt. She asked me if I needed help, and I asked for a recommendation on a brand of demi permanent hair dye. All was going smoothly, she gave me a suggestion on what brand to get. Shouldve quit while she was ahead, because she asked me what color I was looking for, and I told her I wanted black. She looked kinda disgusted, and said something along the lines of: Black?... Why? You have such fair skin, why would you want black? I stood there for a second, completely bamboozled, since my hair is CURRENTLY (almost entirely) BLACK. I went Um. Because I like it. and she was like Okay, well... If thats what you want... Wouldnt she at the very least understand why I was buying it, regardless of whether or not she liked my choice?? Wild. Dont know why she works in customer service. Definitely not gonna be going back to this location...TLDR: Avoid this location, (or at the very least avoid the older blonde woman) at all costs, unless you like having your beauty choices insulted.

I wrote a bad review about this store a couple months ago, because of a bad incident. Unfortunately because of that bad review I WAS YELLED OUTSIDE OF THE STORE BY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. SHE WAS WAVING AT ME FROM THE STORE AND WHEN I GOT OFF THE CAR TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AS I THOUGHT I FORGOT SOMETHING AFTER MY PURCHASE, SHE SCREAMED AT ME AS I THOUGHT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FROM AN EMPLOYEE, just because I said I didnt like her from the last incident for being so rude. I Love Sally, and all of the other girls from the store are super nice BUT DEFINITELY, theyre not supposed to let employees disrespect customers like this.

The service there was excellent...I went there this morning and the young lady that assisted me .....she has a very unique name... I think its tahirah she is well rounded and is very good at what she does...the prices are reasonable its was worth every penny spent.

Best Sallys Ever, The store is so clean and neat. The employees are amazing and they are always willing to help to their full potential 😊& I Love their products!!!!!

One woman there that checked me out was just a completely rude person. The products are amazing and worth it, her rudeness though isnt worth anyones time.

Everytime I come here the older blonde lady (who I think is a manager) has a really bad attitude. The first time she reprimanded an employee right in front of me for making a mistake. I had to tell her it was an honest mistake. Now I went in to say something wasnt taken off my receipt (the free item for renewing my sallys card) and she lost it.Customer service by this lady does not seem to be a thing. Bad representation of this beauty chain!

So happy to have Sallys added to our neighborhood. The girls are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, great prices and selection

I have been in here multiple times and have never had and issue purchasing a single thing. All of the sales associates are very help full and sweet, and respectful.

I needed a clairol color that was out of stock, being told there was a run on that color.I returned to the store twice during a 4 week period and found it was never reordered. When I questioned this, I was given the same pat answer, ...a run on the color. In my responding to this, the salesperson became very angry and aggressive. I left the store upsetby this shocking comportment.

The sales associate noticed that we are sitting outside (2 more customers as well as me ) at 10:15 ....their hours posted are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., sitting in the cold and then open the door like if she was doing us a favor, and angry because we intruded on whatever she was doing....i only went to pick up stuff for my wife who is a manicurist but I swear Id rather go to Norwalk which is way out of my way than to come back to this place the staff is rude as hell

The staff has always been very friendly when I’ve gone in there, but the selection is very, very small. This store is TINY. I honestly don’t know how they’re in business. Actually, I don’t know how any of the stores in this section of the plaza are in business...
