I went to have a bumper fixed and we agreed to pay cash. When i went to get the car the front bumper was grey on a black car. He said i told you this, which is a lie! Dont use this place they are fraudulent and liars! The mechanic has no problem lying to your face

All I can say is WOW, honest mechanics do exist. I took my Chevy to many places in Port Chester and Byram they tried telling me I needed things I know I didnt need and a friend told me to go see Charlie at Certified Automotive I gave it a try and he was honest and staight forward on what my car needed. He gave me a fair price and the job was done.

Over promised, Under deliveredI came to this shop by the recommendation of a friend. After running over a tow hitch, my BMW undercarriage was severely damaged. Insurance claimed a check over $10K. The owner assured me he could have it done in two weeks and said he would help me with the costs. I gave him the check and was hoping this was now my go-to-guy since I recently moved back to the area. Over 6 weeks later I got the car back and had to pay him the insurance deductible on top of the check. Another several hundred dollars. Now, metal continues to grind when I cut the wheel in either direction and the motor seems to race. Low mileage car. When I wrote him about these problems I didnt get a response. Feel duped.
