The repairs on front bumper of my Honda were excellent quality.When I came to pick up my car, it was so clean, tires shinning.Everybody was so nice and professional.I highly recommend this autobody shop.

This was my 3rd visit to Island park within the past 5 years.....and after many bad experiences in The Bronx & Brooklyn...these last 3 visits were the best ever! My car not only came back in perfect condition after only a few days.....it was cleaner then the day I purchased it! Very friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend Island Park Auto Body!

If we can give 0.5 start we will. My wife had two experienced with this Auto Body shop, 1st time the repair the body but after the car came back we couldnt open the car door from the passenger side. She went back to the auto shop again, the lady there was saying we didnt eve repair that part. However, their stuff told us yes the wire in the car with disconnect, they forgot to connect it. So it took her again needed to go back and get the car door fixed. This time, she got a quote only by the phone for fixing the rear ramp light and they said it could be 320 dollars or 650 dollars. the 650 dollars including the post scan and pre scan but they were not sure. My wife was in the hurry to fix it so asked them to order the part. Monday she went there after 40 min they fixed it and say she is all set, to go, so my wife paid and then asked did you need to run the scan. The lady was oh I need to check then ask her stuff to check, my wife was away from the car didnt see if it was needed to be scan. but the stuff scan it and cost us 300 dollars. later on my wife ask for a scan report they couldnt provide at all, the lady even was upset with her. We also asked the quote from others but the quote was only about 252 dollars to 300 dollars. We now felt very uncomfortable with their service and felt they were not honest.will never go back again.

Island Park Auto Body was very good at communicating when my vehicle was completed and ready to pick-up. They also made sure the insurance adjuster was accurate in what need to be done and returned vehicle clean and on time.

When I recall their service last time and this time, its not professional and their attitude was not nice after all.My 1st visit after repair my car they forgot to connect the wire to my passenger door so we couldnt open it from outside, so I had to go back to get fix it from them, but the lady were saying that is strange without asking their stuff. in the end their stuff told me that they forgot to connect the wire in passenger door. they fixed it. that was in Feb. 2019I was there on Monday to fix my rear ramp light, they charged me 640 dollars. this time its a hit and sun so I care each dollars of my money. they said its the pre scan and post scan, but I didnt see it was needed as when she told me you are all set to go, she was willing to give me the car but when she charged me that 640 dollars I asked so in the end you had to scan it ? then she took the scan machine and gave to her stuff. the guy went to my car (I wish I went to my car with him) she said if there is no light dont scan, but he scan it. so I believed they needed to scan, but each scan cost 150 dollars they did two. later on I called and asked for the scan report she said she will give me to me but her attitude was really bad, until today I didnt receive any report and I feel they dont need to run the scan at all based on the quote from other auto shop. I will never go back to this shop and I felt I wasted 300 dollars on this pre scan and post scan.

Unless your insurance is paying for the repair dont go...
