This is the place to get your shrimp. 3-4 different sizes most of the time. Top quality. And nice little selection of lures and rigs.

This is my go-to for live bait. Theyve got shrimp, ans pinfish. As well as a pretty wide selection of tackle and other gear. You could actually walk in here with nothing, and leave with EVERYTHING you need to go catch some fish

16 dollars for 3 doz punny shrimp when i asked for medium and a lure. I left the rest of the 20 which was 3 dollars and some in the tip jar. The short black haired guy looked as i dumped it into tip jar and never said Thank you Good luck or nothing. I went to the Englewood bait shops after that and got medium shrimp and a Thank you Every time i lefy a tip. Englewood bait shop it is. Sorry to inconvenient you woth my business.

Tnt is a very good. They sell poles lures traps and they are usually stocked with shrimp and other baits plus they have a whole bunch of frozen baits. Always friendly even when they sell out lol. But the customer service is always spot on.

Staff is super friendly but I’m disappointed in the shrimp we received. I’ve bought shrimp many many many times and these mediums we bought were more like smalls IMO. Another thing that bothered me was they give you barely any water to hold you over until you can get them in the live well on the boat. If other shops had shrimp available, I wouldn’t have purchased from here.

This place is pathetic, I called before I came said they got plenty of bait come on by, once I walk in I get told to leave “we don’t have shrimp” this place just not it will never come back again

Stopped in to get some bait to fish canal behind our house we rented in Englewood. Woman working was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got 2 dozen live shrimp and a small bait bucket with battery operated aerator to keep them in for less than $20.00 which I felt was a pretty good deal. They also had a lot of fishing charter business cards on counter if your looking for a charter this would be a good place to start.....

I dont know if its still open but I do know that when I went there My cooler would be full in 1 hour

I have been here a few times now and its your typical small town bait shop the young woman behind the counter took the time to show me some of the good lures for catching snook and the lures actually worked so i was happy usually a bait shop will just show you anything they need to sell but i caught several fish that dayI would recommend this place to anyone in the area in need of bait,lures or other fishing gear and bait friendly people here and good customer service thanks TNT

What a great guy. Prices good. Local knowledge great and willing to share with out of towners. Red tide is awful but he was happy to give us tips where to go where the water wasnt too bad. Definitely will go back when in the area.

Are locally owned bait shop, i always stop in here on my way to Boca Grande, Englewood, or El Jobean fishing pier. I have purchased a very nice Penn rod and reel here. They have what you need, and their shrimp prices are good! Conveniently located on 776 going towards the direction of the Gulf Beaches.

Went Christmas morning and they were the only bait shop open at 6am around. The guy running the place was really nice and the store was well stocked. I will be going back again in the future.

West Charlotte County best bait and fine tackle. If you want the freshest, liveliest shrimp in 4 sizes (when available), regular, medium, large and colossal. Cant go wrong here. Tackle selection is pretty darn good.

I really enjoy getting all my fishing gear from these guys and gals! All the employees have been friendly and very helpful. I have found that fair prices are better than the big box stores, We all should do our part on supporting our small local businesses!!!

This is our default place for bait as they seem to have the biggest selection of live bait anywhere; small, handpick, jumbo shrimp, pinfish, crabs, you name it. Also, they have tons of essentials in case youve realized that you forgot something at home. Prices for bait are similar to other bait shops, they just have more of it. Would be nice if they had more than one person working on weekend mornings however. If you plan to go there on the weekend, get there early and plan on being there at least 20 minutes. Sometimes, you are first in line, sometimes you are 8th

This was my second time visiting this bait shop and they really let me down. They were out of large shrimp but that happens right. Well I reluctantly bought medium. These medium were so small it’s not even funny. Half were dead anyway. When I asked if they had any pre made grouper rigs he told me to use a shark rig they sell which has a “j” hook and is illegal to use for grouper fishing. Poor bait and poor advice... not good practices imo.
