After 15 new vehicle purchases, Energy Country gave me the best and easiest buying experience of them all. Richard Cortes was excellent to work with. We put a deposit down on a Bronco Sport and received an excellent offer on our trade over the phone one evening. I told Richard that we would drive over from Cypress first thing in the morning.Usually if it’s too easy and too good to be true, it usually is. Driving to Port Arthur at 7am, I wasn’t sure what to expect. When we arrived, the vehicle was already cleaned, prepped and waiting for us in the delivery area. From the time of arrival to the time that we left was under two hours. The level of personalized service that we received was the best that I’ve ever experienced. We have now ordered a full sized Bronco for my wife and I have a reservation for a new Lightning, I look forward to continuing to use Richard and Energy Country for all of my Ford purchases. Purchasing from these folks is well worth the drive from the other side of Houston.

Energy country always delivers on the services I need for my vehicle. Polite, timely, knowledgeable. Whomever is working on your vehicle always either comes to speak directly to you or to the one man, Aaron, behind the counter to let you both know what’s going on with your vehicle, what the new service should include (or new service to be done soon), and about how long the service you’re currently there for should take. Really enjoy the communication with the department who does oil changes and tire work- they’re a great team.

Alan king, was rude and condescending toward my mother and I, I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from this car lot, I started too experience air conditioning problems, brung it the the first time, I was told it was a Leak and needed too have dye put in it too find the leak, well 7 days later no Leak detected, so I was told I needed a new ac compressor . That was replaced and a weak late the ac still wasn’t working correctly. It was later towed to the Honda dealership, and diagnose with correctly, Alan refused too correct the issue and expected me too pay additional labor fees, after they Used my warranty .a Year later too no avail the ac still don’t work properly. Beware of the shady service manager Alan king .

I made a appointment at 730am. I called and left multiple messages to have someone call me back to let me know how long my car will be there. I was not told it would more than a day. No one would call me back I had to get a ride there to find out they havent even touched my car and obviously needed it for more than 1 day. What is the point in havent an appointment if you cant get it done that day?! Worst customer service Ive ever received and i will never go back or buy another car from them again. Have the courtesy and respect for your customers to call them back.

They could have easily said I needed more major work done, but they only fixed what needed fixing. They communicated with me all the way through it, they exceeded my expectations in how long it would take to finish, and they told me a lower price than they quoted me at the end because of a missed charged - but they honored their statement when they didnt have to. They even dropped me off at work while my car was being worked on. Highly recommend their service department!

Im an auto carrier with an F350 and was leaving Port Arthur, Texas, when my truck basically shut down. I got towed to Energy Country Ford, not knowing what was wrong. They diagnosed the issue, CP4 fuel pump was toast, ruined my entire fuel system. The repair kit was on backorder, but they did let that stop them. The service department found a kit at another dealership and was able to snag it from them. The service techs jumped right on my truck and got it repaired the NEXT DAY! The service department and service techs are best in the business. They didnt give up or say Oh well, sorry we cant help., like some would do. They knew this was my livelihood and treated me very well, and jumped right on the issue. A GREAT GROUP PEOPLE AT ENERGY FORD! Id go there any time for any thing if I lived near them. Even told me about Ford Pass, which my repair ($11k) earned me almost 6 free oil changes, worth of Ford points! The whole group was awesome in my dire time of need and I have absolutely 0 complaints. Easy to make an appointment online. The staff were great with communication and estimated time length. I was able to take the shuttle to get dropped off and picked up until my car was finished. Will definitely reccomend based on the service department and quality of work and friendliness of staff.

Was very clear about not wanting my credit ran until they told me how much my trade in was worth. So the manager and the sales LADY come back to tell me what my car is worth and discuss numbers and low and behold they’ve already ran my credit. When I explained to them that I was very clear about not wanting it ran yet they both began crawfishing and acting like they had no brain. Told me to come back if I ever needed help in the future. That won’t be happening! I got fairer treatment from a small corner lot store and a better deal than I did here.

Rodney, our sales person was amazing. He helped negotiate our deal and was very helpful. He made sure my wife was happy with our purchase and we plan on being back for our future purchases.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and I was there 15 minutes early. My truck was moved into the stall on time they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour 45 minutes later my truck was still not touched so I inquired on it and I was told the online scheduling was not in service even though I received an email with my appointment time and a reminder so I was there for an extra hour. The online scheduling should not be available if it’s not going to be followed.

Not satisfied with the automotive service manager, he did to know how to talk to his customers. Period.

As a working mom of 3 with a busy after school filled w extra curricular activities, I was in a panic when my passenger rear window wouldn’t roll up. How would I get my kids to and from their daily activities? The ladies at Energy Country went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The part was on back order and they accommodated me w a loaner vehicle. They kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and even had the part installed sooner than anticipated. Although the service rep did not know what the service department was actually doing to my vehicle, the service tech performed the correct repairs to my vehicle based on the TSB that was issued for the problem I was having. My vehicle was repaired correctly and runs like new. The 5 stars is for the actual service tech, not the service rep. Kudos to Energy Country service techs! My repairs were quite technical.

Entergy Country Ford is my favorite dealership for basic vehicle maintenance. Fantastic customer service, the most reasonable rates, honest assessments and they don’t push a ton of other “recommendations “ that will leave with a bill easily over $500. They respect what you, the customer, are there for. All of the guys at the Oil & Lube are damn good at what they do and will treat you right every time!!

Though the people I dealt with were polite I always felt like communication was extremely weak. I bought a truck and within 3000 miles I had had issues I believe might not have been disclosed. A taillight had a leak and went out and was told the service warranty I was talked into buying would cover but it didn’t. I allowed the service anyway of which I could have saved over 80$ doing it myself. Cody graves was a good salesman and I would buy from him again though I will be way more thorough in the future. Communication!

I have been using this place for over 7 years now. Everyone there is extremely kind! They remember you and treat you as if youre a family friend, which is so nice and welcoming! You may have to wait but its never for too long. Plus, if you hate waiting then they offer a courteous ride to take you home and pick you back up when they complete working on your vehicle, and its free! Ive gotten everything from an oil change, new tires, inspection, brakes, alignment, door lock replacement and AC repair done there. Its literally a one stop shop for any and all mechanic work as well as being an incredible dealership with amazing deals on new or used vehicles!! I bought my 2013 Ford Edge there in March of 2013 and Ive gone there for every oil change or repair thats ever been done to it!! They do great work in decent timeliness, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!! So if youve never used them before, do yourself a favor and try them out. You wont be disappointed!
