We order a desk from Office Depot. And it was so unprofessional!!! Wouldn’t even deliver it to my house wanted to meet at Walmart with some truck driver!! Then switched locations to meet at a gas station and the people that was delivering the desk was so unprofessional! He was calling my husband dude and dude I had to run somewhere sorry I can’t meet you later! After us driving all the way into town! VERY UNHAPPY with my experience! Will NEVER order anything from them again! And if your thinking about ordering something just save your time and don’t!

I went into the store today looking for a wireless printer. Jesse asked if I needed some help, which I did. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Customer service is so lacking these days. Well Jesse sure provided excellent customer service and even carried my new printer out to my vehicle.

We live 1 1/2 hours away; and was referred to them for phone screen repairs. We waited until we were already in town in order to get it fixed. Dropped the phone off, the woman was super nice...said it would be about an hour..... we returned for the phone and my son noticed that his home screen button (iPhone 7) was not flush with his screen, and when he attempted to use Siri; the screen would begin shaking terribly. He showed it to the woman, and she said the home button needed “re set”... it must have dislodged when she replaced the screen. We left it again and went and ate.... when we returned, she informed us that the home button ended up breaking; but she could send it off and have it fixed... we left the phone with her Feb 20th; and it was suppose to be fixed and ready for pickup the following Tuesday (25th)...... we waited and waited for a call; and finally that Thursday we called and was told the phone was not back yet, but it should be that next day (the 28th).... we waited until Saturday (29th), called that morning and was told once again that the phone was not back.... to try again Monday...... on Monday, March 2nd we called; and was told the phone was fixed and ready for pickup. We sent my mother for the phone on the 5th of March (yesterday); and upon her arrival, she was first told the phone hadn’t came in.... after a few minutes of discussion, the man found my sons phone, but my mom was informed the home button was not repaired, it was beyond fixing..... now, mind you....when we called on Monday, we were told it was fixed and ready for pickup...... he informed my mom that they MAILED us a refund for the screen replacement Monday, since it was their fault the button was also tore up...... it has been 5 days and I have not received a refund.... why would you MAIL a refund, but hold the phone for us to pickup? Why not give the refund along with the phone? Also, why were we told it was fixed, when it obviously wasn’t?There was a lot of “run around”... most of the times nobody knew what was going on..... and we never got a phone call from anyone....WE had to do all the calling. I would NOT recommend this place for phone repair AT ALL!

The customer service here is awesome. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. That being said my visit here was sad.This place is all but dead. Their parking lot is in shambles,the sign is weathered and discolored, and they do not carry any newer electronic accessories such as screen protectors for Galaxy S8. I would be highly surprised to see this store open a year from now

Occasionally good prices if you catch stuff on sale, but the sales model sucks. Salespeople required to be really pesty, and their care plan is ridiculous - the people are required to try to sell it to you and get penalized for not doing so, but its shoddy work that takes forever to schedule and do. If corporate management removed head from ass it would improve their rating.

Office Depot is an excellent place to go if your needing copies or office material business or personal. The staff is knowledgeable, and courtesy, you get the best service and quality of materials your money can buy.

Employees are awesome. Store is clean. Best office depot west of the Mississippi.

Friendly workers, clean store, well-stocked. My printer ink is cheaper here than at Walmart and Ive never had a problem with the ink like I have had at Walmart. Office Depot is a much better shopping experience than other choices in town.

Needs more counter personal one girl was trying her best as three other employees walked around she was trying to take care of 5 customers by herself

I went in looking for an office desk and an office chair. Unfortunately they only had one desk there that would fit my smaller space. Not everyone has huge spaces for furniture. Something they should look into.
