Very poor customer service. Did not know how to install a pulley on my bad boy mower. So, lacking in knowledge, but they still want you to pay full price. Would not refund any portion of the money I paid after I had to take the pulley back off and put it on the right way. I guess quality control is not their strong point. K Richardson.
