Recently went in on a Friday to purchase a ballast for a light fixture. One of the staff explained to me that the ballast I had is no longer produced so he sold me one that would work with the bulbs I was using which I also purchased from them. The ballast did not, in fact work, so I found one on an old fixture and all is well with the light now but, I tried to return the ballast that they sold me the following Tuesday and was informed that they couldnt resale it therefore they would not refund my $37. Basically, they will sell you something and tell you it will work, and if it doesnt, they just keep your money and it is your problem
