A true lunch pizza buffet...pizza was all good. Salad bar too.. dessert pizzas! Lots of servers, big sodas...food is average, not a bad thing just what one should expect. Would I go again? Yes for lunch buffet.
The staff was great was a little pricey than what Im used to but I understand its in Missouri everythings high here but I recommend it as a good place to take and have your family eat all they can for one price
Staff was super friendly. I personally enjoyed the dessert pizzas and my kiddos loved the arcades. A bunch of great games in a clean environment. I will return if I am in that area of the country again.
Great Manager, Mike is friendly, helpful, and very speedy yet makes sure theres no room for Error. Also makes sure that quality is over the top. He is always great with all his customers and his employees as well..

Pizza buffet. It was good pizza, the salad bar was a little brown. The food was good enough to go back, but we are 6 hours away, so we wont be going back regularly.
Everything was okay except too much tomato paste was used on the pizzas. I tried several kinds -- dessert pizzas was excellent however
I love going to Pizza Inn Poplar Bluff Mo. There arent very many restaurants that give the Veterans a discount but Pizza Inn does. The works are great and the owners are always asking if everything is ok. Always lots of food. Thanks Again for supporting our Country an Veterans.

The food was good and there was a good selection. The salad bar was full but messy. Some of the dressing was watery looking. When getting a plate or bowl you had to check then well. I found several dirty ones. They did have a nice game room. The restroom was kinda messy but not filthy. I might eat here again, but I will look for other options first if I am in the area and want pizza.

Not worth the price.. Pizza was Ok, staff Ok. I was expecting more on their buffet. There was no strombli, no pizza twists, no garlic butter crust pizza and no stuffed crust pizza. For almost $15 per person they should have more of their menu items on the buffet. I will say there was a good choice on the salad bar and the place was clean.

Very good salad bar. I loved how they cut up the veggies so it didnt require a knife. I didnt like their taco pizza, but the supreme was great. Wish they would put thick crust pizza on the bar. Very clean place to eat and service was great.

Excellent pizza crust! We always make time to visit when in Poplar Bluff. We like the buffet and they are quick to put out a pizza of your choosing. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating.
Ordered curbside pickup. I got there five minutes early and waited outside for thirty minutes. When I got inside the employees were all standing around socializing and my food was done. If you arent actually doing curbside pickup you shouldnt give it as an option in the first place.
Their dough is a little hard and kind of thin for my taste.

Food was good enough but whoever took our order told us 15 min when we chose curbside pick up (Covid) and it ended up being more like 40 min and a couple people coming to our car to find out what we ordered. Youd think a pizza place would have all that figured out and worked out!!!

We called the pizza inn and asked if we could have food served at our table for the buffet and the employee stated yes. After we started eating the manager Chris Ellis came to the table and told us we would have to pay for any pizza brought to the table. I explained that I had a low immune system and I could not be at the buffet. He stated that his employee was wrong and that he would be charging us for the pizza. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL!!! We asked about the owner and he stated that he ran the business and the owner was hardly ever there and he had full authority to do anything he wanted to. When we asked about speaking to the owner he stated that we could not speak to him. We asked for the owners phone number or if he could have the owner call us he stated no. After he continued to be rude my grown son stated if your mom was here and someone was talking to her the way you are talking to my mom you would be very upset. After my son stated this Chris Ellis told us to leave HIS establishment or he would call the police. WE PAID FULL PRICE FOR 5 BUFFETS AND WE WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE ONE LARGE PIZZA AND 1 SMALL CHEESE PIZZAWE DID NOT EVEN GET ANY DESSERT. I NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE ATE AT THIS PIZZA INN IN POPLAR BLUFF. Service is good. Friendly staff. Ability to have birthday parties with video game room for kids. Best pizza is the cheeseburger pizza.

I think they forgot the extra sauce well sauce period! No flavor! Worst pizza Ive ever had! Crust, sauce not good at all!I got a response to my review from the restaurant and was told theyd make it right and to email them. I emailed them early this morning and still have had no response. We are in town for a funeral and are leaving tomorrow morning.Update: I stopped in tonight and talked to the manager and he had the cook make me a pizza to replace the one we had the night before. We brought it back to the motel room and it tasted sooo much better! Thanks for making it right with me! I changed my rating from 1 to a 3. 👍
Amazing pizza
Awesome food. Had the buffet, everything on it was delicious, from the salad to the pizza to the chicken tenders. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Overall great place to eat out. Definitely recommend if youre in the Bluff and hungry! 😁
Normally we love Pizza Inn, not so much today. My sugar dropped while running errands.So I stopped at the one place I knew I could get fast serivce. I was acknowledged when I walked in, and when I walked out, but no one bothered to wait on me.
Pizza Inn has an all day buffet. The food was good. And mostly full and fresh. Waitress did an awesome job of keeping drinks full and plates clear. They will make requests for the bar. Its a good place to take your family for lunch or dinner.
It was great they kept plenty of pizza out just no green olives on there Supreme. And green olives go good on that pizza.
The food is ok, but the arcade is mostly why we go here. The kids love the Jurassic Park game.
The food was Delicious, but all the games in the arcade are a dollar, and thats a little to much for one game, but other than that it was good.

We visited yesterday. It was around 2:30 so it wasn’t very busy at all. They did have a nice selection on the buffet, and the pizza tasted good. However, the salad bar was a complete mess. It looked like no one had wiped it down all day. After I made a salad I had to go ask one of the waitresses to fill up the ranch because there was none. About halfway through eating, I had to walk my glass to the front for them to give me a refill... 4 waitresses were just standing around talking. I would totally understand if they were all busy taking care of customers or cleaning/filling up the bars. Right after that our waitress brought us the check and said she was leaving. No one else every came to check on us. Hopefully management will see this and say something to them.
We no longer have Pizza Inn in our area so it was nice to get to visit while we were traveling.
They have great pizzas and great desert pizzas they are very friendly and made sure your drinks are always full.

We tend to have allot of birthdays here it makes everyone happy! Buffet and salad bar so no waiting, the waitresses are on point too! They have added an arcade which is allot of fun even for the adults! Very friendly atmosphere, and great food! We have been going here since i was a kid!

Great food and amazing service today. The buffet was well stocked with pizza, salads, and desserts, and the arcade games were a fun blast from the past. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Its a great stop for the whole family
The food and service were good but the game in the game room, that my kids wanted to play the most took $4 for 4 players and only let 1 player work. that was the only bad part of my experience. however when I brought this up to the manager, he quickly returned my money in a courteous and apologetic manner.
Good pizza and absolutely excellent service. I drink quickly and the wait staff have no issues keeping my drink filled. Kitchen staff actually come out of the kitchen to ask me what kind of pizza I want, and then bring it to my table when is done... and that is just buffet.
