The busiest time of day and they only have 1 working!

Call with a question about a gas amount charged to my credit card. Cashier placed me on hold immediately I was on hold for over 10 minutes! I asked her if she forgot me she stated she was the only one there and was busy. Please get more help no one shouldn’t have to work like that!!!! Thank You!!

Most of the employees are truly friendly and helpful. I avoid only on 3rd shift when one certain lady is working because she locks the door for 30-45 minutes for a bathroom break. I go elsewhere if I have to have gas at that time but Ill usually go in prior to that shift.
