Awesome service, great work and incredibly responsive! Had a major fender bender with damage to the front bumper. They had my car looking BRAND NEW. Even fixed minor scratches throughout. I havent seen my car look this good in YEARS. There was no hassle throughout the whole process. Hope I never have to go back for another accident, but if I do, theyll be my first choice for repairs! These folks helped me with a quick repair on a mounting system I use for a computer in my car, which I use to set up addressing for 911 service in rural counties. They saved me a lot of time and got me right back to work. Even though it’s not collision work, the immediately helpful nature of these guys was very apparent, and much appreciated.

Ive had scobeys fix several of my vehicles, from hail, hitting wild animals, rust repair, to my cousin folding my bedside of my truck... Ive never had an issue with the work or the people. The whole process of getting your vehicle fixed is stressful and aggravating but Joe and James made the process as easy as possible.. they will answer any questions you may have honestly and will work with you anyway they can.. Ive used them several times and will continue to do so.

My stepmother used them and they didnt air tighten the bolts. So they came off going down the highway. We had to get towed and refixed properly somewhere else.

Ive never felt so creeped out! The guy that wrote my quote made me feel very uncomfortable. He talked and moved around so fast I couldnt understand him. Also how can you charge my insurance for a rental car I wont use ? Something strange is going on here. Its been years since Ive been here and I dont think Ill be coming back after that.

I would like to respond back to the owner of Scobey and explain why I felt this experience was a negative one. I was originally greeted by a big guy asking me questions like do you have insurance. It was almost in a way that if i didnt then i wasnt welcome there. Then wanting to know if i had rental? I told him i had another vehicle to drive. He then said well you do know we can bill the insurance company and apply towards your deductible. He said come on inside and ill have someone write you an estimate. As we walked in and he went behind the counter he opened a pill bottle and it literally looked as though he took a handful of pills. Im not one to judge. But at that point I felt very uncomfortable. As I was getting into my car I was then approached by someone that did have a professional appearance. He asked if i had been helped. I told that person i was in a hurry and may be back later. The bigger guy had a less than professional appearance. I would consider coming back and speaking to the owner in person possibly or over the phone. If i do allow you guys the chance to write me an estimate i prefer to deal with the smaller well dressed man. I witnessed him dealing with some other people and they seemed happy. Im basing that on what i did overhear. I heard them say they were going to give him a call and set up a time to drop off. I left your facility and went to get fuel and just so happened I bumped into them at the station at Walmart. I couldnt help but inquire how their experience was. They said Larry was absolutely wonderful.
