Great store, has everything needed for celebrations with reasonable prices! Went with a black gold theme, all balloon and wall decor, gift wrap, topper and candles bought at confetti.

I’ll drive to Party City before I give this terribly messy store any of my business. The outside is filthy. On the inside, there’s no signs for where items are. No one offered to help. Items are tossed around and most items don’t have prices marked. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Decent selection, not very competitive prices. The whole store smelled terribly like bad body odor.

Love this place! They have everything and more that Party City has, but at a much cheaper price. The owners are super friendly and they are always a blessing. If you’re looking for party supplies, balloons, toys or even gift items... This is the place! Also... If they don’t have it in stock, they will order it for you.

Unfortunately, professionalism, integrity and quality are lacking by the owners/operators of this establishment. Initial interaction seemed acceptable to say the most.Short version: I brought an issue with purchased merchandise to the owners attention. I was blamed and belittled instead of respected and offered options that promote loyalty and future patronage. I suggest the owners seek customer service/ satisfaction and problem solving skills or training. I’d encourage future patrons to be careful in inspecting merchandise with more than a quick glance before leaving the store. It’s helium, temperature matters and how you transport the balloons matter (this was NOT my issue) the actual merchandise was defective.Big issue: Being the sole party supply (party focused) store within 15 miles gives this store an advantage it does not deserve. Outside of asking if the establishment offered a military discount -(they do not, totally acceptable though)- I paid for my order without hesitation and even added new items following my initial checkout. All in all they did not have exactly what I wanted but I was unwilling to travel to Savannah to a major chain (I definitely should have) and made do with the merchandise the store offered. I contacted the store to seek remedy after 1 out of the 16 balloons purchased (the most expensive balloon) completely deflated. I accept responsibility that I did not turn around immediately after hearing a hissing sound before exiting the parking lot. Quite frankly I had day of rush in full effect. Nevertheless, the owners handling of my issue was belittling, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The owner specifically stated, “You’re a one time customer and I do not care. Do not come back if you don’t like my answer”. Never was a solution offered even after my prompting the owner to meet me in the middle. It is important to note purchasing helium balloons is not a novelty to me as the owner ascribed I did not take care of the balloons and was this was “a first for me” (I am still trying to figure out how he arrived at this conclusion). It was to my benefit to care for the balloons and I am willing to own my shortcomings. Longer story shortened, do not expect courtesy (even when you offer to help shoulder the burden). Do not expect great quality.What would have made it better: “ Ma’am I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and where we are unable to decipher if your actions or the actions of our personnel were to blame we appreciate your business and would like to offer you a) a replacement ballon on us, b) a replacement balloon at a fraction of the original cost, c) a future credit with us (5-10%).”People want to feel like people especially when the spend their money and want to support “the little guys”. Respect and value go a long way, do not expect this at this merchant. Hopefully, this experience was as much a learning experience for the owner as it was for me.

Very expensive! Over price items! I had no choice because the closest Party City was 30 miles away.

You have to come and check out the confetti store has a lot of good party items here the service here is wonderful there make beautiful decorations. I have never been disappointed by the service.

The Party Store in Pooler helped us tremendously. We ordered a phenomenal banner within hours turn around. They truly have excellent customer service capturing our most precious moments. I found everything I needed in one place!!!!! They’re highly recommended with great quality & pricing!

I can’t speak to the quality of the balloons but I was delighted to learn that pooler had a party supply store. The prices are really fair and there is a decent amount of variety. Some items didn’t have price tags which required a price check, but I found Charu to be very helpful and friendly.

He is the best and the nicest man out you must shop here he has everything you need and the best prices.

Had a sign made for my companys New Years Eve Party.. I was nervous that they wouldnt be able to do it in time because I called the day before the party.. Not only was it ready, it looked fantastic and the cost was significantly less than I anticipated. I also love the fact that they carry a wide variety of event accessories, also at more than reasonable prices. Not to mention the fact that every time I have gone there, the employees have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. 😊

Love this store they had so much to choose from they even have a disco ball with lights which I thought was amazing I go here for every party need and the friendliest couple ever thanks for helping to have the best birthday party ever!!!!!

Rude terrible customer service very over priced zero customer service and they don’t care because there’s no competition in 15 miles. Do your self a favor and avoid this business if you can

I ordered 30 balloons and two number balloons for my sisters 40th bday party two days in advance. The order was to be picked up at 12pm. Upon arriving at the store at 3pm on the day of the party the balloons were not ready and I had to wait for the balloons to be ready. The balloons started deflating at around 7pm the balloons fell to the ground with no air. I called and explained everything to the store manager/owner and did not ask for a full refund but a partial as I paid $60 for the balloons that I ordered. The manager spoke over me and informed me that latex balloons are only good for 5-6 hours and that he has blown plenty of balloons up and that he was not going to give me anything. The manager even said to research latex balloons and how long Helium lasted in them. When googled online the Balloons should have been good for 12hrs. I explained that they were not even good for three hours and he refused to give me a partial refund. I would advise you to go to party city or the Dollar tree before getting any balloons from this store. This was my second and last time getting balloons from this store as the first time I ordered balloons and did not receive all of my balloons I paid for and it was for my dads 60th bday party. The owners are not reasonable and they will try to pull a fast one on you.

Seems like a bate and switch store. This place is nothing but a very crowded dollar type store. On the day we visited it took 40 minutes in a line of 4, with one Cashier to get 2 balloons! And it was a Saturday. Not to mention the person in line before me was returning her purchase because she was overcharged $15 for a $1.95 pack of tissue paper. It took the cashier over 15 minutes to figure it out after trying to convince the customer that she was charged the correct amount.

Found exactly what I was looking for! The prices are cheap too.

Purchased mylar balloons that deflated within minutes of purchase. Waste of time and money.

Ordered 3 Canvas Portraits and was very disappointed in the quality of the print as there was too much red .. also one of the subject was cut off at the knees.
