I love shopping here. The staff is great. Always have things on sale, or buy one get one free. I love to buy my meats there as it is quality. Made friends with the manager there Brandon who is an awesome guy, and ready to assist at anytime. Even though he is a SC Gamecock fan. Haha

Do not under any circumstances buy meat from here and expect it to be ok to eat. 3rd time over last few months meat is damn near rotten same day it was bought. Example. Ribeye thick cut pork chops sell by 10/24/2020 opened the pack today 10/21/2020 and the smell is undeniable. Bought steaks there few months ago same thing. Go look at the meat and judge for yourself.

Look here everybody this store has got the meats and their steaks are just like I like them and good prices. There are deals at other stores but to me they got some good meats at good good prices.

I prefer Food lion. I loved this store when it was Piggly Wiggly.

Visited 7/15/20, most employees wearing masks improperly, not covering nose. I mentioned to both employee and manager and received attitude. Wont be shopping there again. Publix mask policy and customer safety plan seems better enforced.

I witnessed something disturbing, but not surprised by it. As I was exiting the building, there were 2 people waiting for a cashier...1 Black woman (1st in line) and 1 White man (behind her). 1 cashier came back and told the woman, who only had a case of water, that someone will be right with her. She then tells the man with a full basket of groceries that shell take him at the next register. Why should she disregard the woman with 1 item to take care of the man with a full basket? Id like to think positive here, but I cant. Horrible decision making and customer service on her part.

The staff is friendly. Love the various local brands they have to choose from. They have some amazing deals. A quick and convenient stop for lots of things. Overall a good shopping experience.

Went to the deli for lunch. Coleslaw was sour. They were out of wings and the manager wouldnt fry more but didnt get a discount for not getting two pieces of meat.. called and let them know and all they said was thanks.... no problem. Will not be getting lunch from there again.

I dropped a whole gallon of milk here and the boss called his crew member to clean it up, that even I was so embarrassed with whole milk all over me and the floor, the boss just said its alright and taken care of my mess. Staff is friendly. All the frozen items were either soft or freezer burnt. Theres dusty merchandise and items purchased ended up being stale.

Everyone is usually very nice. The aisles are narrow and the selections are small. But, it is so much easier to get in, get what you need and to leave.

Good alternative to Publix, small selection not cost effective though!

The employees are nice, especially Mr. Jenkins. I usually find everything I need quickly. Nice presentation. Sometimes the lines get backed up.

This is your typical budget friendly shopping center. The produce here is usually good and the deli has great prices and a good selection. Customer service is typically a treat and more than what youd expect from a store like this. It is a little difficult to find what youre looking for but the employees are so helpful that it really isnt an issue.

Got were there not much choices of items we used. have to go to Krogers. have a cashier that does not know what hes doing. I am disable .theres couple ladys one work front desk and a casher. go out their away to help me thats why I shop there .

Bi-Lo is conveniently located in Pooler. The prices are fairly decent and the staff is great. They love to assist guests. I purchased some beverages and food. I cant wait to try the store brand ice cream.

Good selection, fresh produce, meat prices kind of high. Foods at their dile are made fresh daily. In and out quickly ( most days) when you dont want the hassle of the big box stores.

Excellent customer service! Was very surprised because even at Walmart you have to go hunting for an employee to answer your question. And everytime i asked myself a question out loud trying to find an item it was ALWAYS answered; as it was my first time shopping at Bi-Los so i knew where nothing was. Thank you very much for making my shopping experience pleasurable!!!

Great deli meals, hot and cold, are available until 7pm. The store was brightly lit and clean, with aisles that were fully stocked. All registers were manned with genial employees...what other area store does that during the rush? Thumbs up!!

Great for grabbing something quick but much less selection than other nearby stores. Usually only one or two registers open.

They had most of what I was needing. Cashier was quick and was wearing a mask.

Went to this location to pickup my free Birthday Bi-Lo Prestige Flavor Ice Cream and had no issues.Its a clean store with friendly staff.

The store is clean and the selection in the deli especially their pasta salads is some of the best Ive seen.

Great store layout. First time in a BiLo in years. Familiar with chain from working at Ad Agency. Loved the prices and ease of getting loyalty card for sale items. Will definitely shop next time Im in area where BiLo is located.

Its always a pleasure to come and shop here. Its quiet, peaceful, and never too quiet. Everyone is polite. The prices are on the higher side, but there are bargains a person can find if he or she has the Bi-lo card.

It was the best experience ever. While standing in line waiting our turn, the very nice lady behind us announced that she was paying for our groceries(for hurricane Irma) as well as the lady in front of us. Good bless her. (Didnt get her name).

Seriously, go get their chocolate chunk cookies from the bakery, they will improve your happiness level tenfold. I dont know what they put in there, but my husband stops once a week to get them because theyre so good.

Got everything I needed in one trip and you can clearly see every item on shelves. I enjoy going first thing in the morning.

The store is clean, welcoming and bright. The produce appears fresh. I had a difficult time finding a few items each time Ive gone, which is understandable, as Im new to the area. Both times, however, it took me well over five minutes to find assistance.

This store has certainly seen better days. The whole place feels dark and tired. If you are new to the store, youll likely have a hard time finding what you are looking for as the aisle signage is in the middle of the aisle, not at the end.I will say, the pricing felt fair and was very competitive against the other grocery stores in the area.This store is in dire need of an upgrade, however.

Watch the ads, they have good deals. From seafood to sandwich meat. Use the coupons and collect points for cheaper gas.

Ask a meat worker a question and he wouldnt even respond and i tried to get him to follow me to where I was pointing to the meat he just rudely ignored me! Rude!
