So far I have received awesome customer service from the guys at Blanchard Equipment. I called yesterday to speak to their service department to try to get my old tractor looked at. At first the call was transferred to service where the call just cut off when transferred. I called back right away, was transferred again and held for a few minutes when I was then automatically patched to a voicemail. I was at work and pressed for time so I just hung up and figured I would call back later. Im sure they were just busy. A few minutes later I see a missed call and a voicemail from Tommy in the service department. He left a message apologizing for missing my call and a number to call him back if I still needed anything. Keep in mind I did not leave a message when I was transferred to voicemail, I just hung up. I called him back and he was easy to talk to and explain the issues I was having and set an appointment for me. I dropped it off this morning, Tommy and one of the techs came out to look at my tractor with me and allowed me to explain what was wrong as well as all the steps I had already taken to try to fix the issues even though Im sure they didnt need any help from me or I would be asking them for help. They were very understanding and listened to what I had to say and never brushed me off as a dumb customer who doesnt know what theyre talking about even though I really have no clue whats wrong with my tractor. Their customer service and professional, friendly, customer interactions are second to none. Ive been to a few repair shops over the years and have never experienced this. They assured me that they would do all they could to keep my old tractor running right. Obviously they havent been able to diagnose or tell me whats wrong with it as I literally just left it with them less than an hour ago. However, I was so impressed by their customer service that I felt compelled to leave them a great review based on that alone. The fate of my old tractor is yet to be determined but I feel confident that theyll be able to get me back to working with it at a reasonable cost. Thanks guys!! Class act!

Ordered parts for my lawnmower, the next day they were delivered! Appreciate the quick shipping.Edit: Removed a star for charging $35 for shipping, which was about 21% on top of the cost of my order. Charged me a week later, without ever quoting shipping cost. Appreciate the fact I received the order a day after ordering, but not so happy about the shipping price considering they never quoted me it.

I took my John Deere zero turn mower to them on two occasions. Tommy and his service crew did an outstanding job despite the Coronavirus causing them to be short-handed. I was also very impressed with their honesty in terms of telling me what was wrong with it and with the charges. I give them my highest personal recommendation.
