Definitely not how it use to be back in the day. However decent variety with anime themed items though and probably the most band tees Ive seen in the store in awhile. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and very organized.

The staff was awesome!! They were lacking in merchandise. I am sure it is due to supply chains. We all found a few things. Overall a pleasant visit.

I love Hot Topic. They always have pops and good prices on them. I do wish they had more stock tho. Also always have a good selection of Nightmare Before Christmas merch!!!

I can always find my anime here!!! Also the store isnt crowded because they do counting so thats great!

They had lots of Halloween shirts...Michael Myers, Pennywise, even Hocus Pocus!

I ran in to get a bottle of perfume for my daughter and the person working at the counter was so extremely helpful. I was able to make my purchase in less than 5 minutes with their help and I was back out the door. I love shopping at this location.

What can you say, reminds me of Spencers. Always a great T-Shirt and so many one of a kind must haves. The staff was chosen well and represent the brand in all the ways an owner could wish for.

The outlet is great for clearance items but the current items seem to have found another topic to talk about.

Their buy one get one for $10 wasnt clear. Sign shouldve read buy one full price get 2nd one for $10. It was my first time going in there and probably my last.

I love going to this store. My boys love Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titans and Bleach shirts. They always have a good selection of new shirts and if they dont have the one you want in stock they will order it for you. Staff is super friendly.

Although I really love the products that Hot Topic sells, their service was absolutely horrible. The cashier took over 20 minutes to ring up an item. Instead of simply ringing up an item with the same price she tried to find the bar code number that wasnt even registered in the store yet; she did apologize several times, however, I believe that she could have handled the situation better- unfortunately, I didnt want her apology but instead wanted her to solve the problem efficiently.

I live in Florida was on vacation stopped by the mall we walked in the hot topic was greeted by two people with a smile. Very friendly staff. Me and my girlfriend was most impressed by how large the store was and how much of a variety they have to offer. We also liked the large clearance section in the back overall pretty good experience did not buy anything this time around but definitely would visit again if nearby

We visited the Hot Topic at the Savannah, GA outlets and it was a good experience. My son likes the clothing and accessories as they are edgy and current with pop culture. The store manager was very busy dealing with issues and getting support over the phone, but still had time to assist us and was very pleasant in spite of his work load. We were able to take advantage of their buy 2 get one free promotion and walked out with some awesome tees, new hat, cool socks and some phone bling, all at a reasonable price.

Loved it. Staff was amazing and helpful. This Hot Top actually has a variety of goth/punk/grunge looks. Not just Scene bull everywhere.

Has staff who knows their stuff. Was wearing Captain Marvel merch and a staff had enthusiastically complimented it. Items sold at a reasonable price though a little pricey. Would go again!

Due to it being around Christmas time I understand there stock was low but other than that great friendly staff!

This location is pretty nice. Its located in Tanger Outlets so its a little nicer than typical Hot Topics. The employees here are very helpful and nice. I also this this location generally carries a lot more merchandise than other locations.

Dont even waste your time coming in here. The staff are always super unwelcoming. Walked in here to look around and was actually greeted with a glare and nothing more. The store appeared, from a visual standpoint poorly kept as well. I wish i could say this was an isolated incident at this store, however it was not. The oglethorpe mall is a much better location or simply shopping online would be better.

I take my daughter to the outlet, she loves all the great clothes! The staff has always been helpful and kind.

Im not really a fan. Its really dark and the store is very cramped. Its almost like they encourage shoplifting because theyve created the perfect conditions for it. The staff almost never say anything to the customers and just stick to the back corner and register.

Great store with friendly staff. They have something for most every fandom in all price ranges.

The store could be more organized, and the two girls stood behind the counter the whole time talking to each other about when they could get off early. Never said hi, or asked if we needed help. I have been in a lot of hot topics but this was the worst.

On a scale of 1 to i feel awkward as hell for being in here, Id give it a solid 5. While my hair and body say mom mode, my wheres the beef t-shirt broke the weird silence and we all had a good laugh.Good times.

If you like music merch you are at the best place they even have kpop pop rock alternative and anime and other TV series granted not every thing but a good selection mash up and a suggestion box so I recommend this store for every one

They forgot to take off the security tags off of my pants that I purchased. I actually got em taken at another store after I accidentally set off their alarms. I get that it was near closing time, but if you want to actually wear the clothes you bought, the tags need to come off.
