It was easy to get in and out. Not long lines. Its a small store. It was open on Sunday when I needed some yarn fast.

I enjoy coming here for whatever random art supplies I need. And the discounts are great!But I noticed theres been a shift in inventory. Youve gotten rid of your rhinestone, paracord, and other aisles up front. Not sure if youre making room for more new things or just changing inventory. But I guess Ill have to look elsewhere for rhinestones.

I was shopping in my local Michaels Pooler GA today and was having trouble finding the items I needed. I normally dont ask for assistance because it has become so hard to get customer service so when Christina Madrid ask if I needed help, I was pleasantly surprise .She helped me with all my concerns. And throughout my shopping she checked to see if I was still doing ok. Also at checkout Lori Haggar greeted me with such a beautiful smile and was very nice. I enjoyed my visit to Michaels today. Great customer service.

So impressed with their 70% clearance! Got so many great prizes for my students this year (and of course I also got my teacher discount that ALL Michaels stores offer!)

Visited this store while trying to pass some time and was really surprised at the stock they had. It has been many years since Ive been in a Michaels but will return when I have more time for sure.

I really liked this place! It was the first time I visited. My younger son died 6 years ago and Sunday October 25 was his birthday and his brother and I wanted to place something special in his grave site. We found these wonderful LED lights in a mason jar!! We placed them on his grave site and WOW did they pop out and lite up the area at his grave. I would highly recommend this place for anything unique you want to get for anything..☺️

Michaels in Pooler is convenient, I just wish they stocked everything the Savannah location has

Thank God for Michaels! I have really enjoyed the Kids Discovery Science kits with my Grandson. I especially love the Party Supplies. I have done many themes with with different colors for many events!

Purchased a heat press. Took the ticket to the cashier and she got the item for me. The staff was very quick.

They are always so friendly and helpful. They have a big sale on canvases and other painting supplies right now. I enjoy browsing their sale and clearance section and they have price checkers in several places so you can check the price of an item and not have surprises at the register. Recommend

This Michaels, as well as the only other Michaels in the Savannah area, is small and usually a disorganized mess. I really dont like shopping here, but the only other options if youre not looking for serious art supplies, are Joanns and the only one of those around here has nothing at all but fabric and yarn and Hobby Lobby. Sadly, Hobby Lobby is your best choice.

I love michaels. Their discounts are significantly better than Hobby Lobby, they send out coupons regularly to the people on the email and mailing list and I almost always get what Im looking for. We go here at least once a month for business supplies, gift wrapping and seasonal items.

They dont have much of anything! Had to wait until Monday to go to Hobby Lobby.

We went for the crafts that you make on Saturday. There were 3 today, which was nice but there was little to no direction. You have 30 minutes to do these crafts and 2 ladies but there is no prep work done to help this process along. That would make it go faster and smoother. Everytime a question was asked, the answer was I dont know. And out of the multiple ladies that were helping me, only 2 seemed to want to be there. It would help if there was an employee in there that enjoyed doing these Saturday crafts.

Michaels is great. I bought my blinds years ago and when I had an issue, Michael himself was here to repair them - all cost free given the amazing warranty!

Only went there cause my gf made me. Im sure if youre an artist this place is great but I didnt care for it also the cashier didnt double bag our purchase of two pots that should have been wrapped then double bagged separate. Almost blew out the bag.

I really like Michaels. They usually have a fun activity for the kids or a free sample of something for them. The last time we went they gave us slime. They constantly have sales and the customer service always great.

Love micheals and can usually find everything I’m looking for there. Prices are a little higher compared to some competitors but if you watch for and use their coupons you can sometimes get a better deal. Store is clean and staff is helpful!

Me and the wife love coming in here and getting ideas for Christmas Easter and holidays my wife loves making things that are memorable and Lasting that seem to be under prices that she would be spending on gifts not that thats the point but she is always wanting to make her stuff personable and youll find every kind of thing here to do that if youre looking for anything special thats not there they will take the time and order it for you Ive been really blessed to find a lot of things here that have been on sale and or discontinued and seems like theyre paying me to carry it out

A great place to go for any kind of craft. Watch for the sales, they have some good ones. Theyre a little pricey for everyday shopping but they have some good quality stuff. You get what you pay for.

I enjoyed roaming through the store and allowing my eyes to gorge themselves on all of the merchandise. Everywhere I looked there was something new to goggle over--craft and art supplies, books, materials, knickknacks, and all manner of organizers. Although I thought queuing up to pay would take a long time, the folks at this location had their act together and moved everyone along with impressive speed.

Never had a bad experience in any Michaels store, not even when I worked there. The employees are great and have the coupon in the app plus military discount is always a plus.

Every once in a while I find myself in the mood to update my home. I love Michaels decor choices. I also love their coupons sent to my email address or found on their app. Makes shopping fun.

Ive been here before and the place was a mess. This time however it was much more organized and easier to find things. It still took us a bit to find what we were looking for. Didnt see one person who worked there until it was time to check out. She was very sweet though.
