I was searching online and making countless of calls to medical supply vendors looking for a commode, shower wheel chair for my uncle. I live in Florida and my uncle lives in Puerto Rico. My uncle wanted a specific model, which I found out, could not ship to Puerto Rico. I contacted the all the top medical supplies and found it very difficult to ship any model wheel chair from the states to Puerto Rico. I turned to google and searched for medical supplies in Puerto Rico and came across MC Medical. The team at MC Medical took the time to find a comparable chair for my uncle. The search was not easy, however MC did not give up until they found the perfect chair for my uncle. I felt at ease sending MC Medical to my uncle’s home to assemble and install the wheel chair. I have not yet received the product that I just ordered, so my review is about the treatment I received from the owner, Mildred Collazo (if Im not mistaken). I called her to ask her if she had any matress that could alleviate my 90 year old dads ulcers and facilitate a more comfortable sleep in bed position. He immediately gave me a very clear orientation of the 5 types of mattress or mattress covers that could be used, and which is the most appropriate for each condition. All based on her experience as a nurse and taking care of her mother. With your help, we were able to quickly choose the right mattress, avoiding making the mistake I was about to make of simply letting myself be carried away by what came up in the Amazon search. He is also doing everything possible to get it delivered to me this afternoon. That is experience and service!UPDATE: in addition to advising me so well, the owner moved heaven and earth so that they could deliver the mattress that I ordered, that same afternoon. Call the business at 11:30 a.m. and before 5 p.m. the mattress was delivered and installed by them, they even took out and took the old one. A great help for the elderly. Also when it turned out that the mattress I had bought (by phone) was not available until the next day, he replaced it at no additional cost with a better, more expensive one, instead of making us wait.IN ENGLISH: I fully reccommend this business, the owner gave excellent advice on all the options and then had the item delivered and installed in just a few hours.
