Awesome new local coffee

50% of getting a good coffee. Sometimes it is milky and some days they nail it.

This one I never thought I was so bad this coffee is the worst. This is mi first time Starbucks make the coffee so bad I never return to this store

Sometimes theres a long line due to the fact its attached to the mall. Best time to go would be first thing in the morning.

Bought this ice tea... The add too much ice to it that you are left with basically no tea at all... This for $3.84. Not worth it. The place is nice and Confy... Good for a chat with friends... Free wifi is net door from Macys...

Very very friendly staff. I go on a constant basis and the staff has memorized my name and my usual picks. Would greatly recommend to visit this location. If any issues arise the manager always resolves them in a professional and friendly manner.

The place is great!!! Clean!!! Great to have a little business meetings or face to face interview. The only think is to be careful with the breakfast sandwich... Too hot!!! But everything else is PERFECT!!!

Great service. I went with my mom before going into the mall. I asked for a honey citrus mint tea but, they didn’t have the kind of tea that usually goes with it. The attendant asked me which tea I wanted instead. Super clean considering it’s a Starbucks inside a Macy’s.

One star for environment. Its cozy and quiet, when its not too crowded. Another star for service, staff is very good. They are very courteous. The coffee variety is good. Seasonal offerings and plenty of options. Their coffee quality is not good. I guess the premium price is for the fancy of the place. If you are a coffee lover, go somewhere else. If you want a quick coffee on a stylish place then, there you go.

Employees are too busy talking to each other to pay attention to peoples orders. I go there because its thr only starbucks in town, but everytime i go they have messed up my order because they werent paying attention. I wish there was a different starbucks in town to go to because this one sucks.

Good coffee

Waited ten or fifteen minutes in line with one person in front of us. She was paying by several different methods, which is fine, but she had two workers helping her. Both of them saw us and knew we were there the entire time, but didnt open the second register until we got visibly agitated. The second barista continued to help the woman while taking out order even though she was already being assisted.Coffee was good. Service was terrible.

Small and cozy with lovely baristas. Every time I am there, whether for business or joy, I have a great time. Recommended for those who like nice music and comfortable seating. Not to mention great coffee service, of course.

Staff is great and super friendly, facilities always clean despite the huge amount of foot traffic they get on a daily basis. Being connected right to the mall makes it super convenient on shopping trips.

Im not a huge fan of Starbucks. Ive tried the Matcha green tea and I like it. Other than that, I would suggest to visit local puertorrican coffee shops. First, to help our economy and second, to expose yourself to puertorrican coffee, variety of styles and environments whereas Starbucks is mostly the same.

I love it here when is not crowded! The place is small but is so relaxing to sit there and drink you coffee with or without company.

So far is the only Starbucks in the Puerto Rico south area. Very busy but great service.
