This the best office Ive been so far from Claro PR. The safety measures and protocols are followed and you can see a person sanitizing the counters and other surfaces regularly and between customers. Also, the employees and even the manager/supervisor was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. If I ever have to visit a Claro office for any reason, this is the one to go. Thanks for your help!One more thing... You can usually find a good parking spot nearby the office in this Mall and theres security personnel in the area.

FatalI had to go three times to apply for the subsidy. I went on a Saturday and on Saturdays they dont work with that. Then I went on Wednesdays and neither did Wednesdays. What.punteria I have. Then I went on a Thursday, they wanted to give me an appointment. They could have done that the days I went. It bothered me and thats how they could attend to me.

Claro is the worst phone company, easy to get in impossible to get out, I am trying to cancel a contract and when you say the word cancellation, thats when youre nightmares start. they hang up on you, they leave you waiting for 40 minutes only to tell you they cant help you, one operator even went deaf when I said that word. they will make your life miserable when you try to cancel. Stay away Im not joking. Now I have to write a letter and it will take months before resolving my problem. I know this because it happened to me and my friend. Resulting in a few more payments before solving your problem. If I could give them a zero I would.The worst customer service EVER! Using #CLARO is a very bad decision. I will never recommend using their service, it is the worst company with terrible customer service before using their services, they search the internet, look at their rating and the bad experiences their customers have.Claro is the worst phone company, easy to get in impossible to get out. It was a terrible experience. People were admitted by default, that is, some were assigned numbers and others were told that they would be called by name. I waited an hour and a half to be served since there were only 2 people serving customers. Some were going and others were coming. I arrived at 1:30 and they saw me almost at 3pm. I must say that the person who attended me did so with professionalism and a desire to solve. At the end of the day, I was not resolved as to what I was going to do. I will have to come back.

Although the people who attend are respectful and try to help, their system is INEFFICIENT, I have been trying to get two accounts together for more than two months. One of them has reported that it has not been paid since it was created more than two months ago, the empiric of credit in transunion has already dropped 89 points. And that office CANNOT do something.I have been to that office 4 times because of the same problem.
