I visited quite a few different furniture stores in search of my dream couch and thankfully ended up picking one out from this store.Upon arrival there was hand sanitizer and all employees were wearing face masks. The store overall is clean and well put together. The employees appear to be appropriately spaced throughout the store so that you will be able to always find one for any questions you may have.If you decide to check this store out be sure to ask for Melissa! Melissa greeted me at the door and offered her assistance. She was patient when I was describing what I wanted in a couch and knew exactly where to direct me to. She gave me the space I needed to explore the different styles on my own but was also close by to answer all of my questions. She was also kind and patient with my slightly rambunctious children and answered their questions as well which made the whole experience less stressful for me. Thank you Melissa!!

Over all we had a great experience. We spent a whole week looking for furniture for our home and kept going back to rooms to go. The prices were far better and we liked the furniture better. Seeing the floor models and bundles was comforting. We recommended Lisa and Melissa! They are great staff members who helped us out and continued to help even after purchase!

The customer service here was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, but the service reps weren’t there to hassle, but only to provide assistance. There was never any pressure to buy, and I was able to take pictures, make a decision with my family, and then come back and purchase. Great overall experience.

We recently bought some living room furniture from Rooms To Go. We had never been there before and were greeted upon entering by a wonderful salesperson, Mary. She was not overbearing at all as some salespeople can be. She gave us the space needed to walk around the showroom and was available when we had questions. She made the process of buying a major piece of furniture an easy one. We feel confident that we will be well taken care of by this company due to the exams set forth by their sales representative Mary. We fell in love with the sectional we chose and hope we have many years to coms enjoying it in our home.

Was a great experience. Had been here before to know what we wanted but when we were told it would not be available u til next year the sales associate helped us find something similar in the time frame we needed. She was very helpful and did not try to rush us into getting something. Our son was happy with the bedroom set that she suggested and that was what was the most pleasing part. Great sofa set for the price. Price is affordable and quality is far better than other stores. As some advice, find what you want in the store then go home and order online to avoid the pushy sales tactics. By ordering online we got a better price than quoted in the store and free delivery! (And for the free delivery option they don’t actually dump it in your driveway, they bring it inside you just have to unwrap the plastic yourself)

We had Geri as our sales person. Geri was very knowledgeable and easily helped direct our search. After having been to several stores and feeling a little dejected, we ended finding what weve been looking for. Rooms To Go had the largest selection of in stock items of any of the stores we had gone to, and had the shortest delivery time frames. Many of the other stores had quoted us months before our purchase would arrive where RTG was able to schedule us within less than a month. Friendly sales associates, large selection, in stock items, and quick delivery options made our entire shopping experience so much more pleasant.

I came in with my small children to look at furniture. I met with Bryant and had an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture and super sweet and patient with my kids. I am really impressed with Rooms to Go after visiting many furniture stores today. I plan on coming back and purchasing a couch later this week. My husband and I went in today, the 26th day of June, 2021 to look for a new dining set. We had gone in weeks ago and found one we liked and were hoping they still carried it. To our chagrin, they did! However, its on back order and we will not get it until Jan. 13, 2022. They will deliver and put it together and set it to for us as well!!! This was the second time we bought furniture from rooms to go. We were very satisfied with our first experience. This time we had paid extra for express delivery. Unfortunately our purchase did not make it on to the truck the morning of delivery. The best they could do is reschedule delivery for 4 days later. Not a huge deal but we were very disappointed. After a couple hours they agreed to refund the extra charge, refund will take 4 weeks to get.

I went to Room To Go literally on a whim and 30 minutes before closing. I was greeted by Gabrielle and instantly told her my furniture needs and she delivered excellent service beyond the closing time. She didnt rush me or pressure me into anything I didnt need. I will be back for some additional assistance to get ready for my move.

I was very indecisive as to which dining set I wanted to purchase and she was very patient and took her time researching what was available in what colors and their time frames. How!?! How is this company still in business?!? I order a set where the coffee table wont show up for 2 months. We get to the delivery date, multiple text of can you confirm youll be home? Which I confirm. The day arrives and I get skipped on the delivery route, only to sit on hold for 30 minutes, only to find out its not on the truck, only to be told they wont have it for another THREE MONTHS, only to be told my refund I requested will be sent via check processed in a few days and shipped out in TWENTY ONE DAYS!!!! Plenty more rooms in my house to fill and will be looking elsewhere to fill them.

We visited RTG on three separate occasions to get ideas for our new home. Tyson was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. When we came back another associate helped us specifically with looking at mattresses. We did feel like we could have used more space to think and walk through the showroom alone. On our final visit we knew exactly what we wanted and a different salesperson assisted us in the purchase. Lisa was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when we finally received our mattress today, the mattress was one size and the adjustable base was a different size (too small). The delivery people said they couldn’t do anything about it and wait for corporate to call. I understand they had a full day of deliveries but they didn’t even stop to see if the bed was where we wanted it or that it was way too high to even get in. Now we have a bed we can’t sleep in. We are very disappointed with the service on the tail end of this purchase.

Okay this place is amazing! First of all they have amazing furniture quality and furniture variety! So many color options and size variations:) and to top it all off I was greeted by Melissa Miller as soon as we walked in in the most friendly tone! She happily walked us through the whole store listening to our next request and showing us the options they had for each one! Slowly but surly putting a whole room of furniture together like we needed! She looked at pictures and descriptions of exactly what we wanted and how much space we had to work with and created a whole new room of furniture! It was some of the best customer service I have ever received ! Not only did she do that one day but also the next when I came back after thinking on it to actually buy it ! She re walked the store with me to verify I was still happy with all the furniture i was ordering. And then preceded to put it all in the system to give me the price range and make sure it was all still in budget ! I WILL recommend this store to other friends and family for sure :)

The associate, Michael assisted us in picking out a the furniture including offering us options and the opportunity to swap out end tables, lamps, etc… Michael went above and beyond to give us important information such as if the price drops by the time the furniture is delivered that it will still be price matched. The customer service was appreciative and the prices were impressive for the quality. I would recommend giving them your business.

We went to Rooms to Go to try out purple mattresses. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by; Geri, a sales associate. We have been here a few times and she made this experience an absolute delight. We ended up purchasing the mattress and adjustable base we were most happy with. It was a little busy when i went in. I was able to browse leisurely. Once I found a piece I knew I wanted the staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. They secured my purchase order and I was on my way to my next errand. This was the fifth time I shopped and bought at this location. It has always been a very good experience. I shopped quite a few of the other local furniture stores and have made more buys at Rooms To Go now.

My husband and I were in the market for a power reclining sectional. We had specific requirements in mind, not only for the size of the space but the functions of the sectional. Marcea was wonderful from the start. She helped us pick out what would work best and talked us through the process. It was pricier than other furniture stores, but the value of the warranty plan and the personal customer service made it worth it.

Gabrielle was very patient and helpful. We found the chair that I knew we would purchase, however, Mom needed to think about it. There was no pressure to buy right now, just a let me know when you decide. Within a day, she decided. I returned to the store to order, Gabrielle made the whole process very easy. Excellent experience...and I hate shopping!

Like so many companies today, Rooms to Go focuses all attention and resources on getting people into their stores and getting paid but is blissfully ignorant of their poor customer service. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone regarding my concerns which are significant, I believe. It is too bad that the service is so poor as it has singlehandedly determined the future of our business interactions.To anyone looking to shop here; I would caution you to be comfortable with wholly inaccurate delivery times and dates; to expect the delivery team to be unprofessional; and to INSPECT your delivered products carefully. On each of my items I discovered either factory mistakes or damage done by the delivery team - after their departure.It is virtually impossible to contact the company for any purpose without returning to the store. So be prepared for a headache and good luck.
