My friend stopped by this Starbucks to get me a coffee. The guy who made it was super rude and was clearly having a bad day. Apparently, this is the amount of coffee you get when you ask for no ask ice in venti and I haven’t even sipped this yet. (even with ice this wouldn’t even fill the cup). I’ve always gotten less or no ice and I’ve never gotten this before. He Wouldn’t give her the almond milk she paid for. And when she just asked the coffee so she could go he slams it on the counter. I get having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers just trying to get to work themselves. I really wish she had gotten his name and that I could give negative stars.

This is a great Starbucks to go to. The staff here are always super friendly and they always make my Caramel Macchiato just the way I like it (its the only drink I ever get at Starbucks and I have been to other Starbucks who mess it up which ruins my day!). They are very quick here as well, I have never had to wait a long time when going through the drive thru. They also just put in our first Lidls in the same shopping center, so my wife and I now like to grab a drink before we go shopping. It makes the supermarket experience more tolerable for me since I hate shopping at supermarkets. My wife has to bribe me with a Starbucks drink and I am happy that this Starbucks is so awesome at making my drink!

Super gracious host I must say. As a very small time share holder who does not go with any regularity I was super Disappointed that they were out of hazelnut for my coffee.

Best Java chip Frappuccino by far I’ve ever had. It was creamy like ice cream. Not icy. Absolutely delicious

This morning I went to the drive through - and let me just tell you. I was not happy with the service. The woman at the drive through window made a purposely disgusting noise when I handed her cash. She was bland and rude with my whole experience. Usually when I go to this Starbucks everyone is bubbly and greets me with no attitude. I get everyone has off days but you should not project your bad day onto the customers. I asked for a drink with ALMOND MILK. not regular milk which was added to my drink. I am highly allergic to dairy and now I have to go through the whole day throwing up. Thank you Starbucks for your great employees And service !!!!!

This location is very nice with the exception of one important thing... My husband and I were traveling on vacation. We stopped at this location enroute to our destination for breakfast. Because we had been traveling for a couple of hours, we decided to use the restroom. They were disgusting. Considering it was around 7:30 am... I dont think they had been cleaned from the night before. As usual though, the service and food were excellent

Such a consistent and reliable place. Got the PB and J box along with a Chai Tea Latte. So good. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. The box has everything for a complete meal. Half a sandwich, carrots and dip, apple slices, a cheese stick and chocolate covered raisins. My wife loves the PB and J box and now, so do I.

Horrible. Besides the fact that their coffee just tastes so watered down I placed an online order and i was able to order for pick up as a walk in but they locked their doors because they spontaneously closed their walk in orders and won’t open the door to simply hand me my order or give me a refund. My friend ordered here this morning and had no issues walking in to receive her order. If their store is closed the online ordering should be turned off like they also spontaneously do some days as well. I’ve tried calling the store to settle this situation and their line is off the hook therefore the phone won’t even ring.

I always enjoy stopping at this Starbucks. Usually quick and well made.

Loud, lots of staff, but they were cheery and accommodating of me requesting ice water after putting in a mobile order, and even though there was a long drive thru line they still gave swift service.

Conveniently located in Pompton Lakes Towne Square, this Starbucks has a well designed drive-thru.

They have to make your coffee for you now and communicating through masks is difficult. The girl that waited on me was so confused. I ended up taking my cup home and reheating it and sweetening it myself.

Place clean. Good social distancing. Drink order took awhile and was incorrectly made and did not realize til we were back on the highway and could not go back. Had to discard it. Bummer!

The Starbucks at pompton lakes is the absolute best location around! I go to other Starbucks locations but the Pompton lakes one is my favorite. They are so friendly and my order is done quickly and accurately!

They are little slow at times but I have never gotten a bad drink.

Tried the Juniper Latte. Its tasty! Food and drink consistent as usual. Noticed service can get backed up a bit during moderately busy times.With the change to colder weather, the store is pretty chilly and not very conducive to enjoying your drink and food inside.

This is my main Starbucks. I always have the best experience with this location. All the barista’s are great. They always do their best to treat you like a neighbor. I highly recommend this location. :)

When I am in town or just passing through, Ill stop off and get a cup of coffee here. With the warmer weather coming, it is nice to sit outside as there is a fair amount of seating.

I dont understand the hype. Over priced average beverages for the over privileged. 1st & last time going. The vanilla chia was not nearly as good as Dunkins but cost over $7 for 8oz. Had to order 6 different food items until they had something in stock. Danish was no better then any where else. I dont understand why they are so successful. Prices are insane.

It was closed for renovations. But Starbucks is usually consistently good. Im sure they will be when they reopen

Better than most Starbucks. Wish there was more seating. There are regulars here that spend the whole day taking up several tables, so, it may be hard to find a seat.

Like everyone else will complain over, the wait times can get insane (waited almost 20min for drinks today) BUT the staff is understanding and stays kind/professional even when that moron whos above everyone else crys because they had to wait. Recommend you come here!

Love this place especially their skinny mocha frappuccino. No one else has low sugar mocha and it tastes great!

The taste is like usual Starbucks: excellent and in this shop too, there was no difference in the drinks and food we bought. The only thing bothered me was the mess in the shop. I dont know if that was the busy day or its always the same, but there were no napkins available, the sugar and sweetner racks were almost empty. The counter (where all these items are arranged), was messy with sugar particles, spilled milk and no napkins. We asked the guy to get the napkins, he looked in the cupboard below and found nothing. I would say, if this is same situation all the time, just go there for a good taste but do not expect rest of the things.

I love this Starbucks. The bariatas are always friendly and Ive never had a problem with my orders. If they are ever out of something (its only happened once) they give you comparable alternatives.

It is a little crowded sometimes but that means its good. The workers are really nice and I am never really disappointed, whether it is a coffee to a breakfast sandwich, Starbucks is definitely the place I choose to be.

This place was slammed with customers when I got there, so I expected a bit of a wait. No big deal. However, it took me thirty minutes to get two drinks and a couple of warmed up sandwiches. They definitely need more staff during the peak hours.

They are usually understaffed. The team is mostly great. There like today have been times where I placed a mobile order asked for it and they said no it wasnt there..like today the young lady who clearly was overwhelmed. So I ordered at 334. Its 350. Someone finally acknowledged the cup I had to keep peering over the counter for. Good team just understaffed.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’m a regular at this store and I don’t consider myself to be to be complicated when it comes to interacting with the baristas. They haven’t ever been overly polite and happy so to say, but never rude, either. Though as of late, coming here has been awful. The store is always dirty and my drinks are now always made wrong. Whenever I’ve asked the baristas politely to remake my drinks, I get dirty looks and attitude for no reason.

Friendliest Starbucks I have ever been too. Dan, Ben, Carlos, Tyler, Nick, Linda and the entire crew are always smiling and greet you when you come through the door.

I go here every morning Monday thru Friday as my morning routine for work. Usually I order the same drinks which include teas, cappuccinos, or cold foam brews.This morning, I ordered a grande iced cold foam brew and had asked what flavors they had. The girl told me the flavors. So I said cinnamon dolce. She then asked what milk I wanted; I said add cream please. She said ok anything else, I said yes a banana nut bread please, but then quickly said actually a blueberry muffin please. She then proceeded with a slight attitude and said is that all? I said yes and she said okay pull up and my amount.When I got to the window, the usual man was there who always seems to have a negative attitude himself, but I can usually just look past it; however, I was handed a regular iced coffee and quickly said this is supposed to be a cold brew. The man made a face and then took it and spoke to the one who took my order. They went back and forth. He then has them fixing my drink and asked me if I wanted the cream in the drink and I said yes.The female barista then has the nerve to tell me next time you order make sure you say cold foam brew. I said I did ask for the cold foam and then asked what kind of flavors I can get with it. She then proceeds to tell me that I did not. At this point I was extremely annoyed and told her, I come here every morning and order the same few drinks every time, I 100% stared at the screen which had the cold foam on it and ordered the cold foam brew. She said to me and chose to continue saying I didn’t. The guy came back and handed me the cold foam.Needless to say, the female barista was extremely rude and could not admit that she had made a mistake. Instead she chose to argue with a customer.I work retail and always perform the utmost best customer service because the Customer is always right. This motto usually follows all retail businesses.To add: the coffee/cold brew that was made for me tasted horrible and was poorly made. The “cold foam” they added to fix the drink was not correctly made and the coffee tasted like a tiny little hint of cinnamon. If I wanted a regular coffee with cinnamon, I would have gone to Dunkin’.Unfortunately I am extremely unsatisfied with her customer service and feel Starbucks should be more aware of the people they are hiring; they should also let their employees know that the customers are to leave happy and not aggregated by ignorance or an attitude/argument.
