Great customer service and the brick pavers are beautiful

I had all of 10 minutes worth of interaction with the women at the front. Another company tried to help me out by calling ahead but they continued to put him on hold 3 separate times. So when I stopped by, I was not greeted by a single happy person. Then all I got was argument about how many times the other company called. I would NEVER buy here if this is just the beginning of how they manage the process. Definitely not for direct customer sales.

The freight driver from pompano did not want to place the pavers to the back of the house. Look for all kind of excuses while the driver from Lakeland had no problem whatsoever to place them where it was requested.

Only for the uncaring, rude front desk women...they are seriously hurting their business and should be let go to find another job they are suited for... I left quite upset with how I was treated - having five properties that all have their great pavers, Im glad our installer takes care of ordering because if I ever have to go back there, I wont...ever...

Terrible customer service! The front desk ladies were not able to give me any paver samples. They really dont care about customers and their attitude is just horrible.

Really bad customer service, doesn’t seem as if they want to be at work, can’t even hear them because they are talking to low, you ask them a question and they dont even respond to you. They dont even look like they even work in this office. By the way I’m talking about the lady’s in the front desk. Pavers are great the sells rep are the best, especially Patricia. Sorry to give this a one star, but they need to up their customer service.

I’ve been a GC for a long time the absolute poorest quality of service, professionalism and lack of product knowledge I have ever had the “pleasure “ of dealing with ! The lack of enthusiasm is pathetic they should hire me to come in and do a complete office staff overhaul !!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Starting from the ladies at the front desk who treat you with zero respect to their local manager who was quick to get loud and disrespectful when she heard me on the phone with their regional manager complaining about the lack of customer service and at the very least respect. Take the time drive to tremron Miami but save yourself from the disrespect and frustration DO NOT go to tremron pompano. We have worked with Tremron for years but since they opened their pompano branch we avoid going there because its guaranteed you will be treated like garbage...a shame really
