When I scheduled an appointment with affordable screen enclosures they told me I did not have to be there to get the work done. The tech called me when he was about to arrive and when he was done. One better the tech called while he was there to give me additional information about my screen enclosure, how he was fixing it and what might need repairs in the future. He was very professional and informative without trying to upsell me on anything. The repairs came out beautifully and I now know how I can maintain and repair the easier fixes. I feel more than confident to use them again for repairs or replacement and I highly recommend their services.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They use subcontractors who dont know pbc requirements and then the work fails inspection numerous times. They have no control over their subcontractors. They spread themselves too thin. They dont communicate with the customer. They promise they will be at the project and never show up. Other contractors are scheduled around when they say they will he here. That becomes a nightmare. They make excuse after excuse. I contracted with them for a patio screen back in Dec 2020. It still is not finished. I have been waiting over a month for them to fix something I told them about back in early July..but since I had to finish paying them when it passed inspection I guess there is no rush for them to get here. Today thru said they would be here at 3:00, then it was 3:30. It is now 4:30 and they still arent here. Is this any way to run a business?

When I first called Affordable screen, John told me that he could stop by in one hour.Sure enough, he was there within the hour.John, gave me an excellent price and told me that his crew would start the job at 9 am the following day and they would be finished the next day.John’s crew was punctual, courteous and very clean.I recommend Affordable screen to anyone who needs to rescreen their pool area.One of the best and John gives you his personal touch from start to finish.

We had a great experience dealing with Affordable Screen Enclosures, from the salesman, to the office staff (thanks Christina), to the installers. They were fairly priced, easy to get in touch with, and professional all the way. Their finished product is absolutely beautiful. They helpled me deal with my HOA, they were promt, neat, and quality people in every respect. Were very happy that we chose ASE, and I think you will be too.

The worse company I had ever dealt with, starting with Customer Service all the way to handling the permits and all!!! Been waiting since February and now they got a wrong permit!! Frustration and headaches is all we had found, dealing with this Company is a Nightmare and I don’t see the end, because the money is in their hands and the job hasn’t even started!!!!

This is the first time I used ASC to repair my ripped pool enclosure. The two workers were very polite, prompt and professional. The price is reasonable. Not doubt I will use them again. I will also recommend ASE to my friends and co-workers.

Our accordion shutters were just too bulky and so we decided to go with some impact glass for our windows and doors. Now we have some cool drapes up and can enjoy our backyard without tripping on the tracks or having to service any accordions. They were pretty quick and left zero mess.

John was great to work with and his workmen are terrific! Will use them again.

Waited almost two weeks for a quote just for them to tell me they couldnt do the job. Waste of time!

This experience far exceeded my expectations. I called with a job on New Years Eve, thinking it would be the end of the week before they would be able to come, but they were there within two hours. Job was completed at the pre determined price, and it looks great. Only positive things to say.
