This is my second time having to go over 30 minutes out of my way to pick up a FedEx package (when there are countless FedEx ship centers around me) and I thought it couldn’t be worse than the first time. I can’t begin to express my abhorrence for FedEx and their customer service. The absolute WORST.

Great patient staff. Always friendly and helpful.The patient part? Ive seen them deal with people that have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to shipping. The people at this center are very professional.

I have called at least 6 times and they keep saying package is experiencing delays. What a joke.

Driver from this location attempted to deliver an express package that I paid to be delivered on time. I was at home during the attempt, doorbell camera and garage camera never caught a FedEx driver driving on my street. Customer service was useless in getting my package on time even though I called within 5 min of the attempt. About 50% of packages shipped to me with FedEx Express have this issue.

Terrible service, the barcode was damaged twice. And they are non responsive. They also marked that they called my phone but it wasn’t a valid number. This fedex was terrible. Now they’re saying that the package was damaged, this is the second time I’ve ordered something in the past month that had a delivery problem. I’ll be contacting Amazon and leaving multiple bad reviews on every social media platform I can find.

Fedex drivers doesnt know how to use callbox to get inside the condominium. Needs to drive 25 miles From Hallandale, to pick up the package by myself.

I received an email saying my package was delivered. It wasnt. True to form from FedEx. The driver said delivered, it wasnt. I went through all the packages twice under the sign that says dont leave packages here, deliver them to the units. Hah guess they cant read either. Amazon takes a picture of the delivery as proof. I ask merchants not to use FedEx.

Order of fresh dog food was damaged at their Pompano receiving facility. The order was discarded and disposed of. Fed Ex notified no one at NomNom or myself even though they had mine and Nom Nom correct information. After the first phone call to the Fed Ex 800 number and being on hold for 30 min employee Enrique claims to not hear me and disconnected. After the second call I was informed of why the order was undeliverable and they referred me back to NomNom. Completely unacceptable to not attempt to notify me or the shipping business that the item was not delivered.

Connie was absolutely amazing in helping me get a heavy item shipped back to its original origin. She provided exceptional customer service, was super helpful and friendly. Thank you! :)

Fedex Ground driver scans packages as delivered instead of picked up all the time. Their manager said its ok, its gonna gonna keep happening because new scanners are sensitive with buttons are close by.

Worse location ever. I had a package that was support to be delivered on Monday it was sitting at there location and no one called me to inform me. I called Fedex 5 times to resolve the issue. The package was suppose to be delivered in Miramar and got sent to Miami Fedex then the next day Miami Fedex shipped it back to Pompano FedEx. I spoke to a supervisor and was told I can come pick up the package which is a door because their not going to send it until next week and today is Friday.

Hands down WORST shipping service there is. I had a package that has been sitting at the location where it’s supposed to be delivered to me from for days(4 days to be exact)...have gotten MULTIPLE updates that “it’s out for delivery” and never showed up....called and called for any kind of update and get the typical, “what’s your tracking, name n phone number?” questions ...each call getting me nowhere. Finally decided to just have it held at that location for pick up...since clearly it wasn’t coming. The last 2 people I talked to told me to call ahead to make sure the package was ready for when I got here.....I’ve now been waiting outside the facility for a half hour to pick it up...was just called inside and guess what...ITS NOT HERE. No one knows where it is. Maybe on a truck?It’s a $1000 item and nobody has a damn clue where it is.

Have been going here a few months now for business shipping. However you can pretty much always count on the computers beings down. 20-30min wait on a regular basis. Doesnt matter if youre 2nd in line or 10th... On the Up side they have a TV so i can stay up to date on the latest Justice with Judge Mablean episodes.

This is a Walgreens not an actual FedEx Center. They do not have free shipping envelopes so you must buy an envelope if you go there. Just a heads up...

This is a well-equipped shipping center. In one area they have tables so you have a work area to get your packages ready to go. There is also a computer for your use. Both times I walked in and as soon as I did somebody met me to grab my package. I did not have to wait at all. Friendly people. A big thumbs up.

4 stars only for the fact they are open late beyond that would be 2 stars. About as big as a walk in closet.

The folks who work here are amazing. On one visit I never even managed to close the car door and a lady took my package, told me to wait in the car and brought me the receipt. Who does that anymore? Another day FedEx online was down and the lady helping everyone was very pleasant, professional and kind despite the frustrations she and Fed Ex must have been having that day. I am a huge fan of this place and the people who work here.

I’ve been waiting on a package for 3 days already, the first day I could understand it but then after I set a location for pick up, they have been putting exceptions and one day they didn’t even put it in the truck. This is too much.UPDATE4 DAYS AND THEY ARE STILL POSTPONING MY PACKAGE! FEDEX WHAT IS GOING ON?

If I could give negative stars, I would. I am absolutely disaapointed and will never ship through this location. My package for Christmas was lost at this specific location. It isn’t just by chance that an iPhone would go missing. It is such a shame because I had gotten that for Christmas for my mother and now I will show up empty handed to her house while I wait for a new delivery to be shipped out. It is already bad enough that things are backed up for the holidays, I honestly will not see this phone till next year. I have already filed a complaint

Just an advice, if you have some family or friends with disabilities, please dont let them work there. My son had the worst experience of his life at that place. They treat the disabled employees like trash. They claim to be an inclusive company and all, but its all lies. My son ended up in the hospital after working in the worse working conditions. If you really love you family dont let them work there they dont know how to handle difficult situations with disabled people. 👎F for failure FedEx!

Would gladly rate zero stars. Spent 6 hours today waiting for a package that was loaded onto a truck and ready for delivery... But the truck doesnt leave for its delivery run for another two days. The customer service representative on the phone was completely worthless, so was her supervisor.They never even offered me the chance to drive out and pick it up. They offered no reason why they would load it onto a truck and update the website and then not deliver it except that FedEx Ground doesnt deliver on Saturday - they just load trucks, update websites, answer phones, and waste an entire workday for their clientele apparently.I sincerely hope FedEx burns to the ground while they are waiting for their new fire extinguishers to arrive from their truck down the hall. With any luck this will be while they are also doing trust falls in the back office, or whatever else it is they do while they arent delivering packages theyve been paid to deliver. And that theres a truck full of fireworks in there, too. That way maybe theyll all die in a horrible horrible fire, and we will all get to watch a great YouTube video and comment on how badly they deserved something far worse.

1 star only because I could not go any lower...I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 10/12. However I knew I was not going to be home due to work so I called on 10/11 and I informed them. The representative Dennis told me that as a long that Im not home the package would be redelivered on the following day. While Im at work it so happened that ai check to see the status of my package and it says that it was delivered to my neighbor and someone by a name signed for. When I got home that neighbor said they never got a package and dont know anyone by that name. Called back FedEx and got them to open an investigation. They said they would send back out the driver from this location on 10/13 today to try to get back the package. But I receive a phone call from FedEx this morning saying that my neighbor is lying and that the driver remembers everything Iike yesterday. She also said that these things happen all the time and I should just call back the company who sent the phone so they can send back another one. Now, this is what I cant understand because now I am being inconvenience due to the fact their driver gave my package to another address than the one it was supposed to be delivered. I now have to spend more money due to their mistake! They dont even verify to see if the name of the person who signed is actually their name!! I have never had this issue with Ups!! Now that I know that they dont have any security measures...I will try my best to never use them again.

Went as smoothly as it could. In and out of there within 10mins and there was a line when I got there.

I went in to pick up my merchandise and I had them in my hands very quickly.

I ordered something to come over night for Saturday Morning. On the door it CLEARLY says DELIVER ALL PACKAGES TO THE BACK DOOR. I called and complained some guy called back my phone and stated hes calling the driver to go back to deliver the package. Driver was MIA. NEVER came. Had to wait for Monday CHRISTMAS EVE. Drivers need to stop being money hungry and do there damn job. Only if I can give this review a ZERO.

Best to have items packed and just drop them off. People here are very slow. Expect to spend about 10 minutes here waiting.

What is going on with this location? I have now had delays coming through this location from two different retailers. The first time they said it was a weather issue (I live within 10 miles, there was no weather issue) and now this time there is an unexplained delay. Something is not right with this Fedex location............twice Ive experienced multiple day delays in delivery due to this location.

Worst experience of my life and I rarely ever complain or leave negative feedback. The service has been comically bad. I swear I must be on one of those hidden camera joke shows. Didnt think receiving packages could be this terrible.Driver does not even come to my apartment door on day 1 (Friday). Leaves door tag on front of building but tears off signature portion at bottom so I cannot sign for it. Day 2 (Monday) does not come at all but tracking number says customer not home, no tag left anywhere. Day 3 (Tuesday) driver does not come to my door. Circles building and leaves, no door tag left. I run down 4 flights of stairs, too slow hes already gone. Call office because Im livid. They say theyll call me and try to send him back. Never get a call back, but see him driving around building by chance. Run down stairs to try and catch him, too slow again, hes gone. No door tag, did not come to my apartment door. Im going to rip my hair out at this point.We also have an office open all day that can sign for packages. He never goes to the office... UPS, USPS, and Amazon all routinely drop packages at the office when customers are not home and they actually knock on my door to check if I am home, but not Fedex!First call to customer service seems like it is going well, but I am left on hold and told a manager will answer my call soon. After waiting for 10 minutes they come back on the line and tell me the manager is NOT going to take my call but that they will call me back. As I said before, they never called back. Second call to customer service different agent gets defensive, offers no resolution except me picking the item up myself or signing the (non-existent) signature portion of the door tag I have in-hand. I tell her the items are too big to pick up in my car. She seems insistent but then reads one of the package weighs around 100 pounds and is giant in size. Too big for my Subaru Impreza.I will never do business with fedex again. I will also tell everyone I know to never do business with them.
