Nice selection of all things golf. Very friendly staff and comfortable environment. Our sales representative was knowledgeable and did not oversell (one of my pet peeves). A really good experience!

I just recently started playing again and I have got to say this is the friendliest golf store I have been to yet. Nick, Skip and guys and gals have had my back everytime Im looking for something in particular or if its just a question. Very very happy with the store and customer service and definitely recomend to anyone in the sport. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks for making me feel at home.

Their golf swing computer did not work and the staff walked away and did not help get it going. I was looking for data to help choose shaft stiffness. Selection is good.

Called in to ask a general warranty question for a driver that I bought in the past and spoke to the Manger by the name of Greg. Either Greg woke up on the wrong side of the bed or didnt have his coffee. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Hope he has a better day and attitude for the next person that decides to call. I will be taking my business else where and will let everyone in my network know not to do business at Edwin Watts.

Wow! I have been away from golf for 8 years for health reasons. I am gonna give it another try so I went to Edwin Watts Golf in Pompano Florida. After a few minutes in the store, I recognized one of the staff members! His name is Greg. I remembered him from the Sunrise location that I frequented over 8 years ago. I was treated like an old friend! Im sorry I cant remember the other young mans name, but he made me welcome! He caught me up with the latest technology since my absence. It seemed to me that everything had changed from clubs, shoes, bags and every aid known to man! After I described my game, and level that I hope to get back to soon, they showed me many options, according to my budget. Never did I once feel pressured or given a sales pitch!They showed me many selections from New tech to letting me know they had a high quality used ensemble if that would be a better fit! After lingering for several hours, did I mention, they guys encouraged me to try out anything in their state of the art driving area. Complete with big screens that show a simulation of your shot! Even calculates your swing! I was so overwhelmed for my expectations that I couldnt make my mind up of what to get!They even suggested that I take more time to completely heal from a back injury that I had. I will say that Im going over the numerous setups I took pictures of to decide whats best for me! I checked and both staff members that I dealt with are back in the morning and I shall return to purchase everything I need!I Highly recommend Edwin Watts Golf Superstore in Pompano Florida! Nice Golf Store. There is everything you need for Golf.

Whoever gave a review anything over a 1 HAS must be either friends with them or gotten paid by them. Never met a group of people so mad at life, every staff member except an older gentleman at the register was even tolerable. I asked to get a new grip on my driver and it took 3 days. The large guy that doesn’t say anything that just stares at you you entire time, Gave me a debt look because I asked where my club was after 2 days of being there without a 10 min grip change. Hope everyone that goes there realizes that these people are cars salesmen for clubs and I can see why they downsized.

I purchased a set of Ping golf clubs from an exceptional young man Jess Frank. His knowledge of the game, his perception of his customers needs well exceed his age. His comfortable demeanor is a pleasure to be around. Being a woman is was refreshing to be treated as an equal. I have sent friends which have also bought from him. I love the small town atmosphere of Edwin Watts and Jess.

Just bought a set of Calloway golf clubs from there today. They were helpful and answered all of my questions and did their best to stay within my budget. Would recommend this place to anyone whos been playing a long time or even novice players like myself.

If you need local service, or a club, bag, etc today then by all means go to the store. Staff is knowledgeable but prices are high. Like all retail do your research and you can find clubs, etc online. They wouldnt price match another sale because they might be fake, or not in stock.They were authentic and received them in 3 days $220 cheaper.

Needed a travel case for shipping clubs.

Walked in 5 minutes before they opened. Immediately approached by the owner/manager asked my intentions for being at the store. It’s a golf shop I’m there too look at golf equipment. Mentioned I would be interested in a club fitting, was immediately asked if I was there to buy something or just looking I said that would depends judgemental rude staff bringing my money elsewhere don’t support these fools

Ive been to this store a few times and have always gotten very good service. I ended up purchasing a custom set of the Cobra KING MB irons and Freddie was very helpful and made the process easy.

The staff is always very helpful... but they swear if you didnt buy your clubs from them (I got my Callaway Razr iron set on eBay for $200 less than Edwin Watts sells them for) that theyre counterfeit. The staff is biased towards their store to some degree. I brought the clubs into the store so they could verify their authenticity. Upon inspection by the staff, they were indeed authentic Callaway Razr irons (of course, I already knew that, I just wanted to prove my point). My advice: Go into Edwin Watts to try out and swing clubs that youre interested in, but definitely research prices on eBay before paying full price at Edwin Watts.
