This was one of the worst experiences of my life . The worst customer service in the world. I have travelled around the world and I am a local guide 7. Kimberley was very rude and disrespectful to me. The First thing out of her mouth was to tell me I will ask you to leave the building if you are not quite . How rude and disrespectful. Our U-Haul truck was illegally stolen from our complex that was parked in a visitors parking spot. We were victims of Racial Discrimination in the case of the truck was reported to be abandon when me and my son were in the back of the truck. The person called their own personal tow truck company to remove the truck. They did not use the complex tow truck and they did not report it to the police. We had a case number and reported it stolen. Kim over charged us for the truck even though it was stolen. Kim treated me like I was invisible. Kim refused to open the back of the truck even though the policed ordered her to allow the customer to check all items on the truck. What an awful experience the worst experience I have experienced. Kim charged us for the days it was stolen and didnt even contact us. What horrible service. I will continue to fight against racial discrimination. I will continue to write bad reports untill I get a response from the Head Office. Also the place was dirty and unorganized. It smells very bad and none of the machines work for processing credit card. What an awful experience. Please people dont go here.I had such a horrible experience dealing with Kimberly. She was so rude and not well train in customer service. What a dirty location with trash on the floor and the credit card machine in not working. What a disaster. Racial discrimination must stop. Please STOP THE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.

Rented a trailer from this u-haul, smooth transaction, easy drop-off. Very helpful and safe.

This was the worst truck experience I have ever had. I had a reservation scheduled from 8am-12pm at the sample location. I arrive at the sample location at 7:55 only to be informed, despite what my email says, that my truck is not at that location but is instead at the one on andrews Ave. I drive to andrews Ave only to be told that my reservation was at sample. They were able to switch the reservation over, however I did not get the truck until 8:30. I was able to return the truck to andrews at 11:40, and was told at the store that I was below fuel range. I drove 1.1 miles down the road to get gas and it was at half a tank when I departed. I drove back to the store to see that the gauge had already dropped by a quarter in that 1 mile. The attendant processed my return, informed me of no additional charges, and did not provide me a receipt.I was initially charged $63 at the counter. After this experience, I spoke to a uhaul agent online who when I explained the situation, said she would refund me $50. Not only have I yet to see the return on my card, but I now see I have been charged AN ADDITIONAL $35!!!!!!!I am beyond livid. Everything about this has been simply unacceptable. To top it all off, the transmission on that truck is slipping and half the lights on the dashboard are on.

The rating for this location isnt the best....I havent had a really bad experience here. Everything went well applying for my rental truck and the girl was really helpful and nice. Picking up my rental went smoothly as well and I didnt have any problems, getting my truck and bringing my truck back. I didnt have the rental long. The price wasnt bad in total for the rental. The reason why Im giving this 4 stars is because a U-Haul customer hit my car trying to park into a parking space near me. Didnt bother to leave a note or anything...one of the U-Haul employee saw it. So, Im handling that situation now. Its possible Ill use this location again in the near future. As it opens up at 7am which is perfect timing for me to get things done.

Showed up before they closed and asked to get propane filled for a boat. They said they closed it because it was dark and they can’t see. Would be nice if they installed lights or maybe said that all services were not available. Seems silly to have a product they can’t sell. I will look elsewhere in the future.

When I rented the truck I asked the manager if I was a few minutes late what would the charge me. I was 40 minutes late - still not 24 hours. The girl charged me for another day - didnt say a word and when I questioned it said the manager didnt notate our conversation and that she would note in the file that I had a bad attitude. Wow - nothing like having an immature, emotional child running your business. She also barked at a fellow employee in front of two customers because he didnt handle a call properly. Guess she was having a bad day.

The general manager at this location is a tool bag. I asked him could someone in parts help me. His response was maybe they will and maybe they wont help. What a jerk. However the person in parts was excellent.... You may need to find a general manager that doesnt carry around a not problem attitude. That guy and parts was excellent.

Was able to get propane before the hurricane. They were super busy but still made time to fill the propane tanks. Great Service, Thanks.

The staff at U-Haul Pompano Beach on Andrews are very professional. Carlos was able to get me into a cargo van within 10 minutes of arriving. Also he was able to get me checked-in within 3 minutes of returning the equipment. Thank you, you will have my business again in the future.

My wife and me rented a trailer from them over the weekend. And they are some of the nicest and most helpful staff we have ever met. When my wife took the truck over there for the vehicle inspection, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our vehicle was ready for the hauling trip. We thank U-Haul for their kind courteous staff and service.

Hello. I would just like to say you guys have terrible customer service. I paid a significant amount of money to have a pod delivered for us. The service was unsatisfactory between the terrible customer service, scheduling, and our pod arriving with our lock and zip ties broken. I reported this information back at the beginning of October. The complaint was then routed to a manger by the name of Don in the Pompano office in Florida. He informed me that the issue would be resolved and I would receive a partial refund. I have tried multiple times to contact him to follow up with no answer or return call. I was then provided his cell phone number where we proceeded to go back and forth via text. I have yet to hear back with a resolution. I am sickened by the way your company handles customer service, especially this manager who has yet to provide a solution over a month later. I would appreciate if this didn’t drag out any longer. Thank you.

I arrived and the general manager was on the phone. I waited 15 or 20 minutes. I was there for a hour for a vehicle inspection because my husband and I rented a trailer. The manager and staff did a awesome job. From start to finish they were very helpful and courteous. Thanks a million to the general manager and staff of Pompano Beach Uhaul!!!!!!!

Staff at pickup were awesome. Once the truck was dropped off it was a whole other story. I was charged twice ! Haggled over just a tad of gas that was missing as well. Not nearly as pleasant as drop off. I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes just to speak to someone in customer service.... not satisfied that’s FOR SURE.

I am currently here at this Value Storage Uhaul center to pick up a Uhaul I reserved for 8/3/19 at 9am. When I first arrived I was told my truck was not back yet and they asked if I could wait 10 mins. It’s currently 9:37am and I still am unable to get inside of a truck. UHaul has an appointment guarantee on their website when I made the reservation. I called the 1-800 number when I realized I was still unable to get assistance. The woman over the phone when I called said I should speak with the general manager about the reservation confirmation system. Mark the assistant manager let me know that he had no idea how to do that. This is me transparently sharing what happened to me.

Most workers there are good but one worker there that has higher authority had stolen my credit card number by using his phone to hold my reservation for the truck I wanted to rent. I suggest using the proper machine for any bank card not someones cell phone

Best service from the crew especially the guy Brian in the evening always so helpful in whatever i asked him.
