The best choice I made with selecting the right modifications was to contact Backyardairsuspension.com. I had a lot of questions so I called the number on the site and spoke with Yami. Between her and her husband they provided so much information I felt like a professional installer when I finished my conversation. I searched for months wanting to customize my 2005 Honda VTX1300 and came across Backyard Air Suspension. These guys have been great with me 2 years strong. I got my original order for the 6 bagger kit, air ride suspension and it was beautifully crafted. I had an issue with a shock and after i contacted them they had me resolved and part in hand in a week!!! 2 years later and i needed a bracket to replace one, and these guys were on it again, got me the part, shipped it, and made it extremely effortless for me. Bought a center stand for my roadstar and it came pretty quickly . Excellent craftsmanship, but I had a problem where it wasnt working with my exhaust. No worries at all as I called them and they were super helpful! I sent it back to them (they paid the shipping) and they fixed it. Installed it today and it works perfectly!! I ordered the whole kit for vtx 1300, all fiberglass seemed thick, hardware was ok,was easy for me to install, will say their customer service was way over the top, if I had any questions they was quick in their response back, and very helpful, only thing Id have a complain about is need more options in taillights lol, got product say somewhat quick.

So, i called 4 different air suspension companies for the VTX and the only company to answer the phone was BackyardAirSuspension. So nice, informational and answered every question i had with confidence. I immediately ordered their product. All products come labeled for install. Even as a Master Tech it made life so easy. After install i am so satisfied and my Wife says its much more comfortable than the progressives and factory suspension. No complaints, no complaints, no complaints.

Where do I start with this review, Lets start here...I modified my entire bike with the help of Mike and Yami. Where do you find a business that will take out the time to personally call you to make sure you have a full understanding on how their product works, thats call putting your customer first! Throughout the process anytime I called or texted or emailed Yami, she/they always either answered or text back to let you know that your call was received but they were just busy but would get back to you and they always did. Everytime I place an order for any item Yami ALWAYS explain the product,and pricing and I dont know how she comes up with the discounts she always give but somehow she always pass on any savings they get from their vendors to the customer and trust me I THANK THEM FOR IT. I highly recommend doing business with these guys for all of your mod needs for particularly VTX1800 (thats what I ride) and even the over priced under performance Harleys (Lol) a lil humor for my harley riders. My experience with BAS was top notch! I ordered the 6” extended bagger kit for the VTX1300. They were quick to communicate with me and notify me when I should expect my package. Upon receiving my package I realized they had sent the wrong kit. I reached out to them and they were very professional and vowed to correct the problem ASAP. They were in constant communication with me during the process and corrected the issue just as they did they would. The product was quality built. Even the guy who painted it said how good the product was built. I can’t say enough good things in regards to BAS as they are exceptional and you can tell they take pride and what they do. Ive bought most if not all my parts from backyard Air Suspension. I brought a whole set of Baggs and lids from another company. When I saw Backyard had made one for my bike . I spent another gran or so to purchase theres. So I still have a set for sale lol. One other thing that I like about Backyard Air Suspension I brought a air ride system from them . 7 months later when I went to install it I couldnt hook the wires up to the remote. At the time I didnt know I didnt buy there remote from Backyard Air Suspension it was from another company. But that didnt stop them for helping me all through the night until I got it fixed. Even drew a wire diagram to help me out. Im a customer for life . Im almost done with the bike and will post picture.
