I have been dealing with Bobcat of Broward since I was a child, (over 20 years) as my father would take me in there to buy his new machines and see all the equipment and grab a new hat and a scale model toy. I want to give a special shout out to Brenda as she has always been there to assist me with whatever project I have taken on weather it be the routine oil change or the complete machine overhaul! Thank you for all you do Brenda, the pride you take in your job is the reason people like me keep coming back!

This was a great experience. I worked with Elba, she provided the equipment we needed in the time frame we requested. She answered all my questions. The delivery was exactly on time and so was the pick-up. The driver was great with my crew. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We own 3 Bobcat skid steers for our Landscape company, but we also rent from them as well. Richard and his team always take care of our needs. From suggesting what piece of equipment will best suit what we need. To getting it to us when we need it. If you need to rent a skid steer, excavator, or other piece of equipment call them, they will take great care of you.

Poor customer service skills. Told me on Monday nothing wrong with machine but wait until tomorrow morning to oick it up and they would have an answer. Well its Now Wednesday told its a panel and battery and they want to charge $3000 to fix and got to my machine totally not cranking now. This place scams women

I have been the lead Mechanic here at Bobcat of Broward for 9 years. Many customers call for me by name. We work hard to take care of our customers.Recently l got sick, not work related. Toby took care of me the same way as Todd. Paid me 13 weeks of disability insurance, paid vacation, Christmas Bonus, profit sharing, vacation and holiday pay. He kept a job open for me and now I help with technical support and service estimates.The Smith Family has an excellent reputation of fairness, honesty and integrity with customers and employees. Be careful, they misrepresent rental fees over the phone then up the prices for machine rentals once you get there. They base rates on what they think you will pay. Although lady at the rental counter is wonderful.

Bobcat of broward came to our rescue last week. Needing a brushcat / track loader in a pinch. my office called their location at 4:30 pm.within a 40 minute period, a trailer arrived to the site and allowed us to meet our completion deadline. this place saved us hundreds of dollars, they were fair, supportive and very professional.I highly recommend this place for all your rental and service needs

Im a U.S. Army veteran. Working for Bobcat of Broward almost killed me. Employees were contacting MRSA staff infections and passing it to others. I pulled chain off the truck one day last year and end of chain hit my knee,then ball of my ankle. Reported it, and continued working. My leg swelled up to 3 times the sixe. Supervisor sent me home. Went to hospital, because I couldnt work and figured leg was broken. Told I had staph infection and was septic. No one looked at ankle. Didnt use workmans comp. Last guy that had my position did and was fired for it. So used company insurance that I paid for. When knee healed but ankle didnt. Toby fired me. (Dr. at fault too) I kept trying to work but couldnt walk. Wouldnt find anything else for me eventhough I have almost 3 years of college credits. Just truck driver. Toby used to offer other positions on Fri. Tell me to think about it over weekend,and have someone hired by Mon. a.m. He would come in at night and Jack up all repair bills at night and if service manager didnt go along with it, hed get rid of them too. NOT NICE PLACE! To work or patronize! Feels hes only game in town and your stuck with it. Heard him say more than once as a motto, Got to screw your friends,cuz enemies wont do business with you! Goodluck with Bobcat Brand there!
