I found the business on Delseys luggage website. Called them and spoke to Marty to ask about availability on the bag I was interested in. He quoted me xxx. I did check later on the web and found that their price was lower than the bigger luggage store websites. I called the next day and spoke to Daniel who gave me the shipping cost and paid for the bag over the phone. I received the bag in a couple of days in brand new condition.The moral of the story, is if you are looking for a bag (especially Delsey) call them and find out their price. You may be in for an unbeatable price and plus you are supporting small businesses.
