Great company to work with. I really appreciate Eric Cohen with all of his knowledge of everything. He has really been helpful in building our company up to where we are trying to get. And I also appreciate that when we call someone is always there to service our equipment in a very timely manner. So we want to 5 stars and keep up the good works and great advice.
Eric from Tyrrell Tech was very helpful in helping understand all the different things the company offered. He connected me with Eric who helped me get my Roland printer. Eric drove down from Orland and delivered the Roland and did a full day of training. The customer service was excellent, and they are very patient with all my questions.
Update: I updated my review of this company after speaking with a Tracy at TyrrellTech. The difference between a good company and a bad one is not that they make mistakes but how they deal with them when they happen. Tracy did reach out to me and because of that I have upgraded my review.I am not a very satisfied client. I called them to have my Mimaki printer repaired. It took a week for them to show up. The Tech was suppose to be at my facality at 10:30 am but did not arrive until 11:30-11:45. When the tech felt the repairs were complete he left without running a test to insure that he finished the job. 5 Minutes after he left we tried to run a job and found the printer was not repaired. We called immediately they could not have been more than 5 miles from us. The Tech refused to return and told us that he would not be able to return for two days. The day they were suppose to come back he called and said that he could not make it. The only redeeming thing they did was refer me to a local tech who should up within 30 minutes. He fixed the printer very quickly. Tyrrell Tech who did not fix the printer had no problem charging me for the time the tech was here and did not finish the work. If you are in a bind and need a reliable repair timely they may not be the company for you.

I buy all my equipment for Tyrrell Tech. That would include 4 printers (Roland BN20, Roland 54VSI, Roland 30VSi and a Mimaki). I got 3 engravers (Roland EGX360, Universal 50Watt and a Universal 150W). Recently Eric Cohen hooked us up with a Roland 300LEF UV Printer and even got us a Rotary for all our equipment. So yeah...pretty much everything we own we got from them. I get all my supplies from Tyrrell as well, inks, media parts is needed. I am one very satisfied client because no matter the time of day or night, Eric will answer the phone and help us out. If its out of his area he will ensure he follows up with the correct person and get us fixed. I couldnt imagine buying from anyplace or anyone else. They also have a great team that understands the special needs of their clients such a s media and shipping requirements. They will always recommend the best solution and not sell you something you dont need which I respect. 5 star rating everyday...all day long!
Horrible customer service.. We got a Mimaki UV worth 60K had problems the first month ... Customer service never took responsibility.. also the sold me old inks .. supposed to last one year + 2 months .. buyt they expired 10 month in making them useless . :( I would not recommend them.REPLY to REPLY: You did hear from me after the issue, I promise, but the answer was that TyrrellTech didnt have a Tech that knew how to handle these printers, and they will let me know if they found a tech. I was never contacted again until I spoke to a manager on a show in Orlando .. Hopefully the new tech promised that he will help .. but we are still waiting.
Upon walking into their store youre welcomed by a very friendly customer service rep. The store may look like they lack product but youll be wrong, they have just about everything all signs and print company may need. I personally call ahead of time to quickly come and go, and even if you dont call, if they have what youre looking for they will give it to you within 5mins on a bad day. They also build a customer appreciation relationship with you, for example, they are close on weekend, but when i needed an emergancy ink replacement to finish a weekend job, their customer service rep Tai answered my call and even stopped by my office to deliver it her self, if that isnt customer service appreciation then i dont know what is. Stop by their pompano store and see for yourself, you wont be dissapointed.
