2 years ago my dad tried to get a quote for some laundry washers. It took Eric the sales man 2 years to give us a quote on the prices. After 3 days of me calling them every 2 hours they got tired and sent another sale representative to give us the quotes on the machines, she did it in 1 day! So the prices where good so we hold off buying other equipment in other places because we thought we had the best Price at PSP, but we call Erick a day later to process the payment just for him to tell us that, there was a problem with the quotes and that the machines we wanted got sold. So we our other deal we had because of the informality and terrible customer service we experienced with PSP. I will never recomend anyone to try to make buisness with PSP, you will ultimately just waste time money. Theyre inventory online is not even updated. So half of the stuff are not even there any more, vey bad Buisness.
