I have been ordering ice from FTL Ice for many years and have NEVER been disappointed. If I could, I’d give them a 10/10 rating. As a full time commercial fisherman out of Pompano Beach, the great staff and management over at Fort Lauderdale Ice has helped me get out on the water faster. They offer a great delivery service with one phone call away. And when I have time I’ll go over to the building myself instead of getting my ice delivered just to make great conversation with the awesome folks over there. Quality service, quality ice, and even better people. The last minute need for dry ice when I went on a road trip was also helpful. Im not one to write reviews, but I had to for this one. Our event was almost ruined when a malfunction caused us to be without ice. Lots of people in this hot weather is not the formula for a successful event. A coworker recommended this company and their emergency services. They were easy to deal with and very reasonable. I will be using them again and again.

They are awesome! My husband surprised me with an ice sculpture that you can do shots from for my 30th Birthday. The team was super nice and quick to set it up at our house. They explained to us what we needed to do as the sculpture would be leaking over time, but their delivery guy was quick and really careful when setting everything up. Let me just say—the sculpture was a hit! Everyone wanted to take pictures while doing their shot. It was a great addition to my birthday and one that I see everyone that came still talking about it for years to come.

My dog is a special needs dog as she has no immune system due to removal of tumor and spleen. She has special food that is frozen until needed. I tried for four days to find dry ice so I could keep her food safe if power goes out. Fort Lauderdale Ice is literally a life saver and I am so grateful. Thank you all very much!

Im not the type to write reviews, but i just wanted to pass along the recent Great experience I had with Fort Lauderdale Ice. I was having a large group of people get together and forgot that I would need ice till the last minute. My local store was out so I contacted Ft Lauderdale Ice and they couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating. Im sure to them it was just a small amount of ice, but they treated me the same as if It was a big order. I really appreciated that service!

I have been using ft Lauderdale ice for years and thought they were great, this new years eve my daughter wanted to order a ice luge, a mistake was made and the wrong item was ordered price was never an issue when i went to pick up the luge it was very large, like a block used for carving I left with it and immediately turned around went back describing what we had the time before the person working the in the back was great, said he had something similar to what i wanted the price was more i said that was fine lets make it work, the supervisor working kept saying i received $120 worth of product over and over i said the price is not the problem what do we have to do to make it work,his response was to cancel the order and not sell me anything he was very loud rude and aggressive he was on the phone with his supervisor but would not allow me to speak to her he said call the number and she will answer .This is what i did she explained he is a very aggressive person why would he be your supervisor.I paid the difference and i will never use them again very poor customer serviceRichard

I will give zero or negative star if available, I have a liquor store in Coconut Creek and we are getting ICE bags delivery from this company, They just supplied us box after requesting for 6 months, We are getting sales call from other companies who is supplying ice bags for cheaper, so driver was at my location and I have asked him in a requesting tone that can he give me cheaper price per bag, and the arrogant driver start showing his attitude and aggression without any reason and threatening me to take his ice machine now, FLL ice thinking they are the only supplier of ice in Florida, I have asked him to take the machine, I call new vendor and they are coming with new box and getting cheaper price and nice customer service,
